Great question! It can really be done any way you want, but I like to do them as a unit. I use the I do, We do, You do approach. So, Monday might be me showing them a bag and pulling the contents out while they sit up front with me. Have a discussion about what the main idea is. Then, the next day they get to do the bags, etc...
