Because of the drama between their mothers, I don't think that Luna and Will will get along right away. Of course, they'll BOTH side with their mother, which will put Luna and Will at ODDS. But after Luna's mom is OUTTA the PICTURE and GONE, things will finally settle down. Whatever happens, I really hope that Bill still ADOPTS Luna. Then, he and Katie will probably REUNITE, which will make Will VERY HAPPY. Luna would be much BETTER OFF without her biological mother, I think. Katie(if she & Bill remarry) would make a BETTER mother for Luna. Penny is just TOO SNEAKY to be TRUSTED! I would LOVE to SEE Luna and Will start getting along with each other, like LOVING SIBLINGS! But that will NEVER happen, if Penny(Luna's mom) sticks around. Her continued presence will only keep CHAOS goin', She's ALWAYS in the MIDDLE of some sort of TURMOIL or keeping SECRETS. Luna just doesn't need her mother's constant DRAMA!
