I don't know what this movie is about. Nine out of ten movie in Chinese are somewhat always based on nonsense political system. If truth be spoken, it is a well known fact that the China they so praise and call developed, is infact the creation of Mongolians not the Chinese. One other thing, those who couldn't save their own children from the Cossacks and Japanese should not bable about doing great things. Look at the present China, it is the most polluted place after it's neighbours like Nepal. If the present government continues and if it is not replaced by GREAT MONGOLIANS then I doubt it will survive. Look the greatest threat to Mongolian land China is the Chinese itself.
