I love ur recipes my baby is 17MN since he started on cerlac but due to some two four mnths he got soke infection so doctor told to stop but now when i gve him any food he throws its hardly eats it he only eats oats, and banaa puree and also only likes sweet food which has sugar no salt food no khcidi upma and all pls tell me hw cn i change it im very worried he weight is coming low and he doesnt eat dinner also only milk at night
Hello sis 😃 Thank you so much... As your baby is 17months now we can offer him more Varities of food... If he likes sweets you give him more of fruits, and for sweetness u can use dates syrup, jaggery syrup, and palm sugar instead of normal sugar. Sugar is not helathy option for babies. And other salty foods like soups & kichadi's and keep trying sis, slowly baby wil adjust to that taste... You can also try finger foods for him.
Sis I have not used packed cerelac for my 2 babies, I have given Only homemade foods... So I have no idea about cerelac... It's better to start with vegetable purees,fruit purees and Porridges now .

Can we add cows milk in oats porridge for 7 months baby ?
No... Pls avoid cow's milk upto 12 Months

No... You can use steel cut oats or rolled oats of any good brand.
