@@escos0410 There is more to it than that. I've owned several highly tuned cars over the years, and you tend to find lots of failures because the car isn't engineered for the load/forces it has to accommodate. 99% of the time they won't if it's just motor. When VW made this golf R they let the cat out the bag to show the world what they can do. Few bolt on mods & you're smoking super cars. If done correctly, the car's very reliable, big up Jamie 👍🏻
And it still loses to old mk4 golf gti's because of the legendary 1.8 20v which can be tuned to the moon because it was over engineered not under engineered like the modern golf's and cars in general which is why it was the last of the great vw audi engines

I don't recall seeing the cars estimated values before. Were those recently added? Either way, it's cool to see. That Golf was seriously moving on the roll races! Too bad they couldn't finish the 1/4 mile digs. Hopefully they can rematch for digs. The Pista put down a very impressive time!
Jamie keep up the good work great YT Channel I would take the 488 for sound and prestige but for Santa pod the Golf mk7.5 need to get the golf back at the new track
I wish the guys in the UK with these fast mk7’s would put better tires on than just the basic PS4’s on the Pretoria’s. Throw some meaty 17/18” setups on!

The Ferrari started his roll at the end of the revs for that gear, the immediate gear shift didn’t help , better starting the roll in the next gear with some legs on it
Amazing race as always! But Golf dude maybe he is little mouse😅, g30 900 and only 700hp? At least 700whp, he kill the pista rolling easily! Shame we didn't enjoy drag race but these happens we ve seen it! Keep up Jamie we wait you every Sunday!!!

Ferrari runs better in automatic mode not paddles shifting mode
10.45 rwd in the damp is incredible from the Pista.
Absolutely crazy
Has excellent learning capabilities.
being mid engine is what made this fast compared to an 800hp M2 for instance
Yep the pista smokes huracans and aventadors like nothing
Define damp…that wasnt damp
Something almost always goes wrong with heavily modified cars but that golf is crazy fast

4.7 sek 100-200 for a 700 hp golf is a fantastic time! Hats off!

The Rarri of course 😘 🏎️💥💨
