It’s hard to imagine, 36.9 cents per card. I remember being able to buy a pack of cards when I was a kid and paying 40 cents a pack, and you got 15 cards and a stick of gum. Boy I miss the good old days. Jab’s, keep up the great content, you are, hands down, still the best.
Jumbo is definitely the way to go. I ripped one of the best boxes I've ripped in a while. Michael Harris Autograph Relic numbered out of 25, a Topps 88 Joey Weimer Autograph numbered out of 199, Alex Bregman Relic, Jackie Robinson Manufactured Relic numbered out of 75, Adley Black Gold numbered out of 299, Dustin May numbered out of 76, and a few other numbered cards

I had a very interesting jumbo box. Nolan Gorman heavy lumber, adley rutchman and Gunnar Henderson gold foils Edward Julian gold mirror, mike trout relic but no auto lol
I got a retail hanger and pulled a ghost and skeleton card - plus a heavy lumber card! Loaded hanger. I love the retail parallels, fun to see the Halloween cards.
Grabbed a jumbo today, glad I did. Got 4 hits instead of just 3. Auto was meh (Hunter Gattis "Baseball Stars" rookie sticker auto) but the mems were good. Freddie Freeman MLM grey patch, Steve Garvey 1981 World Series Trophy Medallion, and the extra hit was a Riley Greene Major League Materials Platinum parallel 1 of 1! Also got a couple good silver and gold foils, Shohei, Riley Greene and Trout Black Golds, Arraez Gold /2023, an Aces Black Parallel of Fergie Jenkins /299, Green Ice of Taj Bradley RC, Independence Day of Seranthony Dominguez and an Action Stars of JRod. Silver packs were all mostly retired players but can't complain after pulling a 1 of 1. Prices at my LCS: Jumbo $170, Hobby $90
Lucky… two of my three jumbo boxes didn’t have an auto and my third box had two auto’s and no not from the silver packs lol… seems a lot of people are experiencing what happened to me…

I understand the want for autos but if they did that they people would complain about the quality of them… It’s like here enjoy your Conner Joe auto, are you happy now?
I think Topps is choosing their words carefully to get around the math. It sounds like they put the relic/auto hit in the box and then add 19 more packs. So the odds of the hit are 1:20 as opposed to 1:24 previously. But the odds do not change if you are guaranteed 1 hit per box.
another great video. I pre-ordered 4 boxes of UD blasters and got them just in time to watch my Phillies beat the Braves. Opened two boxes while watching the game and will open the other two tonight while watching game 4.
As a Cubs fan, I'm really disappointed that the flagship Topps sets had no Justin Steele base cards. Glad to see autos in Chrome and Series 1, but disappointed he's missing from the base set.
This set is... lacklustre, at least for me, right now. Maybe some of the rookies blow up in the years to come, I dunno. But I will probably get a hanger or two, or maybe a blaster or two, just to see what I get, and be done with it.
Looking the other way around -- 2 HB vs 1 HJ -- you get an extra 60 cards, same 2 silver packs, and lose the Big Boxloader and Manufactured Relic. Neither is a big loss. Also, most Relics are better then the typically trash Autos. Yes, a Gunnar rookie auto is a great hit but, you're more likely to get a Cup of Coffee guy's auto.

The gold cards are not numbered. I bought 3 packs and got 3 gold cards. Not one numbered.
Looking at the checklist it seemed to be lacking rookies of value. Some decent guys but not enough for price. I’d say 5/10.
You should collect for the love of the hobby, not based on the "value" of a card, which oftentimes won't be worth much.
Absolutely. I do. Gotta see the goodness in the cards though. Just didn’t appeal to me with the checklist.
