I give Wano manga a 7 to 7.5 and Wano anime an 8.5. It has terrible stuff like Kinemon fake out death and useless exposition like earlobes vs Raizo, the ice oni stuff being dragged out, random stuff with Apoo running all over the place but it also has some of the series greatest moments like Oden / Roger flashback, Yausie execution scene, Yonko bounty reveals and Gear 5. The reason I rate the anime much higher then the manga is due to vastly improved fights and additional characterization added to Luffy and Sanji that wasn't in the manga version.
Actually this is the arc when I stopped reading the manga. When I started One Piece I loved the fact that arcs wasn't just the MC versus the arc villain, like most shonens, but it was more of a civil war and a revolution all around the main fight. But now I kinda got used to it, so this happens again in wano and is very slow and it gets repetitive. Honestly fights are getting greater in terms of anime, but they are also getting lamer in terms of strategy, It's always punch harder and harder, and who does it the hardest wins. It gets boring fast, like Dragon Ball. I mean what's the point of having all this amazing and different devil fruits powers if at the end it only matters who punches the hardest
if it was in naruto or bleach it would not be considered "fantastic". the amount of death baits in this arc alone added with the bad pacing is what makes this arc trash, sure it has its hype moments and good animations but thats literally really all there is to it to keep u going once u get see pass that u will realize its the arc altogether is mid
Dislike! Don't even know why this was in my recommendation. Wano is easily the best arc and it's not even close. Whole cake was trash, egghead was mid, and elbaf is mid so far as well.

Wano has its moments but kinda get when you say in context of one piece Wano is 5/10
