Salcombe Devon

A glorious afternoon in Salcombe, Devon. Boats bobbing, water lapping, sun shining and the sand pretty much doing what sand does. Oh, and the fishermen fishing.
Filmed Saturday 12th May 2012 on my consumer Panasonic SD60 camcorder with the aid of a GrolliaPod for the steady shots.

Yes, lovely indeed. Shame the whole place has been hijacked by property speculators, Buy-to-let landlords, holiday lettings costing £2,000-£5,000 per week and not a single ordinary person can now afford to live there. Used to go there before this happened and it was a lot better then. Now it is a designer extension of Bond Street on water.
