AI Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Sell stocks? Wrong. During inflation. That’s the best way to hedge against inflation. It’s liquid and goes up in value with inflation. You sell when the collapse begins.
Sell your condo. Yes. As inflation spikes so will long term bond yields ie. mortgage rates. And real estate is illiquid, so you can’t sell off when the crash begins.

@@curtis1397 The digital services tax exists, so yes, Canada would see some of that money.
Otherwise, yes, there is a massive global loophole for tech companies regarding taxation

So many small businesses in my area got bought out and are now managed by people who immigrated from India 2 years ago along with their family.
Good luck to this country. We've opened the floodgates when everything is at its breaking point and neither one of our government leaders will slow it down any time soon, not even Piere.
I do love that Trudeau has claimed to build 3.1 million new homes by 2031. Money just grows on trees and the Canadian credit card aka our tax dollars is simply unlimited spending if anyone actually believed his nonsense anymore.
Caught in so many scams, so many lies, so little accountability.

1:40 "... transitioning from the industrial age to the information age...". Did this guy time travel from 1980? If that's the best this guy can up with then he needs to go back to the drawing board and reformulate. Next time without the cliches.

You dont get it at all. Tech businesses compete globally. Its not like brick and mortar stores of the industrial age. If two identical tech businesses start up in two different countries, the one with lower taxes will win because they have more capital to invest in development and marketing.
