    I was with shyne up in Clinton correctional facility NY 2004 he was in the first cell, passed out the envelopes, played basketball, stayed on the phone except for sunday's. He was quiet and humble. Damn I should've asked for his autograph. But I asked him for more envelopes!!

    He is super intelligent, they were trying their best to get in and talk about the shooting incident early but he controlled the interview so well and made sure the viewers knew who he was and what his goals were before he touched on the subject, he is very polished.

    This man Shyne has an amazing story. He's brave for doing prison time for a so-called friend (Diddy) smh getting out and doing some great things for the people is truly a blessing. God is with this man and he needs to be protected while out on his journey for his people.

    Wow, I had no idea that Shyne wrote the second verse of 'Bad Boyz' for Diddy and intended for him to rap it but due to the Club New York incident, Diddy distanced himself from it. Every cloud has a silver lining and I'm glad Diddy didn't end up on that. Dope classic track with just Shyne on the verses! 💯

    Its almost unbelievable how well spoken and sharp Shyne speaks. I truly believe that what happened at the club was an act of him protecting his friends and himself that night. I dont think he was being reckless or malicious at all.

You could make a very apt comparison between kids that make it out of war torn countries (that then go on to make successes of themselves), to somebody winning the lottery. Yes winning the lottery is possible, but the odds are highly stacked against you. Growing up in an environment with so many negative influences and hardships, a lot of young people ultimately end up making the wrong choices in life. Having the ideology that external factors don’t play a significant role in a child’s development is nonsensical and makes you sound out of touch.
