Delicious Recipe Lithuanian Desert "Zagareliai" Baking At Home You Should Try It 2024 Recipe

Lithuanian dessert "Zagareliai" with a wonderful taste. It is simply impossible to resist without tasting it. Fluffy inside and crispy outside. The whole house smells of vanilla from this treat.

Ingredients:
200g flour ( if you have bigger eggs you will need more flour)
2 eggs
3 spoons of sugar
250g cottage cheese (you can find it in any European grocery shop)
1 tea spoon of baking powder
5 tea spoons go vanilla sugar
Few bits of salt
Oil for frying ( we used sunflower oil)
