  • Nada Hariri is a Saudi well-being and divorce coach, who coaches individuals through major life transitions. She draws lessons from her own personal experience with divorce, motherhood, and getting remarried. She explains the five R’s of a deteriorating relationship- Resistance, Resentment, Rejection, Resignation, Repression. Many couples are afraid to fail, so they postpone divorce and stay unhappy out of fear and family pressures. Once they finally accept the end of their marriage, Nada can help them stay grounded through the range of strong emotions that follow and move forward. Nada shares the secret to a happy, lasting marriage and reiterates the importance of acceptance.

It almost seems like they are unintentionally supporting divorce. I guess if you’re a divorce coach your natural outlook on divorce is different. It’s good for business!

People becoming selfish and putting themselves over kids happiness. If there are kids involve, the thought of divorce should be outta ur mind until kids are adults

This advice gave most of our generation endless traumas, separating and providing healthy life to kids is much better than staying and let them seeing us fighting and not communicating and hating each others

I’m the child of divorced parents. I wish my mother would have divorced my father sooner. Instead of waiting until I became an adult.

    Seeking divorce for no reason
It is reported in the hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "If a woman asks her husband for a divorce, for no reason, then the smell of Paradise is forbidden for her". (At-Tirmidhi narrated it. He said this is a hasan hadith. Sunan At-Tirmidhi, 1187.)
