I don’t think sergej can be considered a prodigy at this point in time. An extremely consistent an excellent player, absolutely. However I think the only modern players in the scene that can be given the title of prodigy should be Zyw0o and S1mple. This isn’t because they’re flashy or hard carries, it’s because of their pure raw talent and skill (which just so happens to be displayed in a flashy way) which is simply unmatched by any other player in the scene. Sergej is absolutely exceptional, don’t get me wrong, but he’s more like a jks rather than a S1mple or Zyw0o. However, his accomplishments at only seventeen years of age shouldn’t be downplayed. He’s one ice cold motherfucker.
First I like to point out that sergej is a beast. Maybe not #13 in my book but thats how it is. I feel like none of these highlights was very exciting, almost all clips were standard plays and nothing special. But to be fair, maybe that is why sergej is so good? He never do anything spectacular, the man just grinds kills round after round, and maybe thats why he is #13 but doesnt look like #13 if you get what i am trying to say?
Yeah, i get it. He's not the kind of guy to do crazy flicks, amazing multi-kills (Except that one against Winstrike, which was pretty sick). But since the beginning of the year, some of my favorite players.

sergej is actually better than allu with the AWP or any weapon for that matter but ENCE is too afraid to kick allu, and not to mention they would be without an IGL. Allu is a washed up bot.

@IdolaMochi :3 the number big events(s-tier) ence attempted maybe only half of astralis, and their performance kinda terrible after major and one blast series... i don't think that dupreeh went missing in big games...both of them have a different position, imagine entry fragger with less death stat not much player can do that easily in S-tier big events, btw both of them have awarded same amount of mvp by hltv
Astralis missed many tournaments after katowice major, maybe that's why xyp9x and dupreeh below sergej based on KDA on big tournaments. Also sergej is main firepower in Ence, not like Astralis players who likely share an equal amount of KDA and contributions.
