I want to play in multiple PCs with the external ssd without loosing progress. As the progress is saved in the drive where Windows is installed. I want the progress to be saved in the ssd so that I continue in other pc with same progress. DO you know how to do this. Thanks in advance.

I tested this thing with two machine 1. I5 8250u intel uhd 620 4gb ram and hdd,minecraft is so laggy😫😫 2. Intel Pentium no gpu 4gb ram 250 gb sad mine craft is super smooth gameplay 😯😯 no lag no issue So the conclusion is that first we must upgrade ssd then ram.
