In this two part episode of Very Close, Issawai hosts Egyptian Islamic thinker Hassan Hanafi. The discussion tackles the reasons that lead to the revolution, and why the youth has preceded the political cultural elites. It raises questions about whether the major ideologies have fallen in favor of the aspirations of the young, and looks into the circumstances to achieve that change. Furthermore, the discussion tackles how the Islamic leftists view the Islamic brotherhood, army, liberals, and leftists.
