And they play basically the same position. Is this how you building a winning team? Is it possible to get better at 3 point shooting? Yes. Absolutely. Michael Jordan's 3 point percentage his first year in the NBA was 17.3%. He worked on it diligently and ended up averaging 32% for his career. Kobe Bryant averaged 33% on 3 point shots for his career. So all hope is not lost yet on Ausar and Ron Holland. They are very young and have the ability with hard work to get better. But at some point in time the Pistons need to stop collecting talent and start building a team that can win.
