Did the 8 point plank tabata, supine decompression, and 12 min good morning routine every day for about 80 days last year after a disc herniation. Went to have more x rays done and no herniations were apparent. Doctors were impressed. This stuff is the real deal.
This is excellent. I know I have started the day well if I use this and a 12 min good morning, or another vid from the FTStreaming--after one year my chronic back issues are in significant remission

Do you mind emailing me that story if open to it? Info@foundationtraining.com and ask to send to dr goodman please. Powerful stuff.
@@FoundationTraining ok. Sure.
I herniated 4 discs last month and going to ease into these exercises with hopes of similar success.
@@IrishPrince8 Any update on your current pain levels and improvement sir?

This stuff is awesome. Really enjoy the new 12 minute workout. Need to add this plank.
That was great! Thank you!
I really love foundation training but I wonder if the 12 minute video makes my pelvic tilt worse. Any tips?
How often do you recommend doing the 8 point plank? Daily? or several times a week?
👏
In the plank position, does the spine maintain it's natural curves? I always thought there was a posterior pelvic tilt whilst holding this plank
Maintain neutral curvature with effort to enhance Thoracic Curve and Thoracic Width.
No posterior or anterior pelvic motion in FT.
Is it possible to have too much thoracic rounding when doing this?
Yes absolutely
I thought the cue was to try to lift your thoracic spine as much as possible 🤔
That is why I asked and now I'm confused. @@danbrochill1717
team haircuts?
Soon.
