GoPro also said to me there was a fee for 100 dollars. I said to them that I heard that others go through this process and not be charged at all, GoPro then responded with that they will replace my camera for free.
Mine is all free, I hadn’t paid even single cent. I thought there was a payment for the courier but I paid nothing
Does GoPro contact you when your old camera is at their place and are sending you a new GoPro?
