Nope. Maybe better but not OP.
Not op at all. No effect at toplane riven. Shes still horrible at toplane because all her counter are meta, definitely better at jg role now. She needed a stat buff instead of this rework imo.
Shes missing her core items. Eclipse and sundered sky. With those items i think she will be OP like in P.C
@@reymondvillaester4304 true , been waiting for eclipse for a while , divine sunderer is a decent replacement for sundered sky.
Riven's broken OP
At first when they announced the rework. I thought they would just reset the duration and not the blast. Jeez.
All of the top junglers in China were already spamming her before rework.
I still don’t forgive them for the Camille jungle nerfs.
