After ototoxicity induced by furosemide and candesartan there is a strong tinnitus dizziness and nistagmus, taking batahistine for 2 month almos and didn't get ride of tinnitus, it says that need to take for lonh period to se the benefic effect, is this tinnitus reversable? Can be treat these symptoms by betahistine?

This medicine gives dizziness and discomfort.
It does for the short term while it’s setting in but eases with prolonged use in my case
