Rad this was utterly fantastic. The build is beyond beautiful, the progress in 100 days is bananas, and the editing perfectly tells the story. Not one single moment of drag at all. Comedic timing on point as always. So excited to see how this one evolves. Not only my favorite build, hands down, but also my favorite episode.

I know "my best start" or "perfect start" is SUPER overused but I couldn't have done one more thing in 100 days, even moving the tree chopping to the creeper AFK spot ... I will continue and enjoy every second of this world and my beautiful new base.

Yeahhhh I just want to play Minecraft, educate people on it a bit, get people interested and give them something fun to watch and listen to. :) I occasionally "boom" the TNT but not over the top every 3 seconds.

BEST START EVER!!! LETS GOOO i love the combination of all the farms for early game efficiency. that creeper on the chest made me jump so glad it was not as bad as it could of been. the Pagoda looks amazing I love it and its definitely one of my favorite builds from you
I was shocked when I saw that in the 1.17 and 1.19 series I beat the dragon in Ep 4 and 6 ... and today was doing it on EP 1 and it was mostly an afterthought. lol

Thanks!! Yeah, this is (almost definitely) my best build ever. The dragons give me a nice, grand entry and I do love how the dark oak & cherry work. The slowmo harvesting had me cracking up as it's there for just ABSOLUTELY no reason just to be funny. And THREE near deaths is a lot for one episode! :D

I am new here. Great Video. Loved it. The cuts are great and the pacing is well done so you don't get bored. And your Build looks really nice. Only thing i didn't like was the music during the timelapse scenes. But that could just be my Personal Taste

I think music is very personal so I try to vary what I use. Sometimes more rock, sometimes more edm & hiphop, sometimes more laid back & relaxed ...
@@RadicalElder well i don't like the more edm stuff for example the first timelapse at 2:08. The timelapse when you built the creeper farm was really nice though. So yeah probably just my taste in music as i like the more relaxed stuff more. i also think it fits better for a peaceful and relaxed game like minecraft

I agree Pumats ... I wanted to do that city so much but it's ... I bit off WAY more than I can build in a reasonable time ... it just kept making me sad to look at that I wasn't making enough progress. Even after another 50 hrs of work it looked like nothing had been done, really. THIS world's gonna bang with right-sized projects! :D

Thanks! The original design was prismarine which I don't have yet and Dame suggested the warped replacement but I'll have to see what happens as I get more of this area built - crimson could match the cherry & dark oak a bit more so I'll see if it looks better matchy or more contrasty. Thanks!
ha that's interesting! How I play the early game really depends what I'm trying to do. I generally hit the open ocean for some shipwrecks before I do ANYTHING but there wasn't really ocean nearby so I kinda just went with this idea for the ep.

Well done. A couple of close calls. What I've noticed from a lot of Minecraft Content Creators having the lack of cats, especially for those who tend to die or have had close encounters with creepers. I def. look forward to what you have next.
Better a couple close calls than a boring, way too easy start, right? :) I have cats but they're in the creeper farm ... maybe I should get a few more. haha

Villagers are SUPER OP if you want them to be. Sometimes I don't bother making it quite so obvious but this playthrough is to get as OP as possible so I didn't waste any time messing around. haha You can get almost anything from villies from full diamond gear & tools, enchants, weapons, food, redstone, even XP. They're pretty nuts!

I may go back to something like that but people never understand when you want to edit something out of order. I may chop cherry trees 4 times but in between each go do something else. Maybe on the 2nd one I get an advancement or find a cave and explore ... if I want to put those out of order to put all the cherry together it's always "why is he on level X now? wasn't he just on Y?" haha Too many "youtube hardcore" worlds these days and I don't blame people at all for their scepticism but it does limit my editing and creative ability if everything has to be STRICTLY in time order.
Goddamn the house looks cool. I've never understood how people can be so good at building in minecraft to not even need guides and make builds look AMAZING. Even more on big projects. Without a step by step guide I can't make more than a basic square house Did a very similar japanese building way back in 1.16 from a step by step tutorial and it took me ab 20-25 hours of just building and gathering materials and that was with fully enchanted tools and a gatherer friend to help me out. It's crazy seeing you finish so much in so little
It's been a long ... long process to get to this point for me. haha I have always been "dig a hole in the side of a mountain, throw a bed inside, home done" kind of player. But that works for live streams, then you go build a farm, you run the farm, chat goes "woohoo" and you're done. For UA-cam, Instagram, etc. you really need to be able to build ... so I've spent the last few months GRINDING to learn - like ... every day, in creative, every day talk to my pro builder friends about what I should try or do or think ... every day looking at pros on instagram doing what I wanna be able to do. Yours may have taken 20-25 hrs but mine has taken 4 years. haha

You can definitely do it! Stick with it, keep learning ... I still have a long way to go myself but I'm enjoying the process and I think that makes it ultimately SO much better.

Thanks! The original design was prismarine which I don't have yet and Dame suggested the warped replacement but I'll have to see what happens as I get more of this area built - crimson could match the cherry & dark oak a bit more so I'll see if it looks better matchy or more contrasty. Thanks!

ha that's interesting! How I play the early game really depends what I'm trying to do. I generally hit the open ocean for some shipwrecks before I do ANYTHING but there wasn't really ocean nearby so I kinda just went with this idea for the ep.

im just gonna say i am very impressed you made a 100 days video in a little over 20 minutes, most are like over an hour, massive respect to that. Finally a 100 days video i dont have to spend a fraction of day watching.

Well done. A couple of close calls. What I've noticed from a lot of Minecraft Content Creators having the lack of cats, especially for those who tend to die or have had close encounters with creepers. I def. look forward to what you have next.
Better a couple close calls than a boring, way too easy start, right? :) I have cats but they're in the creeper farm ... maybe I should get a few more. haha

Honestly didn't expect how over powered villager manipulation is, it's like you skipped hours of playing for items and resources. Props to you!
Villagers are SUPER OP if you want them to be. Sometimes I don't bother making it quite so obvious but this playthrough is to get as OP as possible so I didn't waste any time messing around. haha You can get almost anything from villies from full diamond gear & tools, enchants, weapons, food, redstone, even XP. They're pretty nuts!

I may go back to something like that but people never understand when you want to edit something out of order. I may chop cherry trees 4 times but in between each go do something else. Maybe on the 2nd one I get an advancement or find a cave and explore ... if I want to put those out of order to put all the cherry together it's always "why is he on level X now? wasn't he just on Y?" haha Too many "youtube hardcore" worlds these days and I don't blame people at all for their scepticism but it does limit my editing and creative ability if everything has to be STRICTLY in time order.

Goddamn the house looks cool. I've never understood how people can be so good at building in minecraft to not even need guides and make builds look AMAZING. Even more on big projects. Without a step by step guide I can't make more than a basic square house
Did a very similar japanese building way back in 1.16 from a step by step tutorial and it took me ab 20-25 hours of just building and gathering materials and that was with fully enchanted tools and a gatherer friend to help me out. It's crazy seeing you finish so much in so little
It's been a long ... long process to get to this point for me. haha I have always been "dig a hole in the side of a mountain, throw a bed inside, home done" kind of player. But that works for live streams, then you go build a farm, you run the farm, chat goes "woohoo" and you're done. For UA-cam, Instagram, etc. you really need to be able to build ... so I've spent the last few months GRINDING to learn - like ... every day, in creative, every day talk to my pro builder friends about what I should try or do or think ... every day looking at pros on instagram doing what I wanna be able to do. Yours may have taken 20-25 hrs but mine has taken 4 years. haha
