4 potatoes
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoons of flour
As much mozzarella cheese as you like
Carrots, green beans, peas, and corn (all chopped, mixed, and lightly fried for about 3 minutes). Or, you can buy these vegetables pre-prepared from the store.
Salt and oil as needed
A few small onions and 2 cloves of garlic
The spices (1 teaspoon each):
Turmeric powder
Black and red pepper powder
Paprika powder
Oregano
