I was in Los Angeles with my girlfriend in 2018 & we were staying not too far from Santa Monica Blvd and I knew the old Quality Studios Building was still there, so I took my camera and recorded what I could. I saw 'Plan 9 FromOuter Space' (1959) on a Double-Bill with 'The Devil's Partner' in 1967, long before anything was widely known about him. I knew about the film from a still of 'Vampira' in 'Famous Monsters of Filmland' # 19. More recently, the alley way leading to the studio is now closed off to the public.
