I can't relate to the annoyance of a cold sore because I don't think I have ever had one! BUT you look beautiful regardless! And it was barely noticable 😊 Olivia is the sweetest little girl I have ever seen! She is so smart and kind!! Look at her help her Momma clean up the marker! You're a great mommy!
Bonnie when you first feel a cold sore coming put ice on it right away or even if you wake up with it then rub coconut oil on it! Works everytime! My family and I always get cold sores and this helps. Coconut oil has anti viral and anti bacterial properties in it. Plus it's really good for a night time moisturizer so you get a all in one product! Love your family and good work with the videos! You make my Mondays!!!

Just wanted to say that I love your vids, you have such a sweet family. I too used to get cold sores every few months but an aunt of mine told me about lysine, it's an amino acid that you can find at any department store in with the vitamins. Since I stated taking it about once a week, I haven't had a cold sore in almost 2 years. Hope that helps. You have become one of my fave UA-cam's!

I am in awe of how amazing you are with all your beautiful babies and especially knowing you have your 4th on the way. My husband keeps hinting to me that he wants a 3rd child and I am absolutely terrified. I can barely keep it together with 2 and I have no idea how I could handle another one. Bonnie- my best friend suffers from cold sores a lot. This is WEIRD but she swears by it! Preparation H dabbed onto the cold sore clears them up really quickly... kind of gross, but that's all she does and it makes them disappear fast. She said it doesn't burn, either. I just LOVE Mr. Boston!

Oh the joys that pregnancy brings! Always the worst timing too. I swear I have to change my 2 year old diaper 3 times a night or his diaper just leaks and/or he gets a rash. Best thing for him is a baking soda bath and neosporin. Then all the normal creams....you have such well behaved kids. Your parenting style is something that I admire. *Keep up the vlogs!*

I have gotten cold sores since I was in preschool and my mediation is awesome if I feel one coming I just take my medicine or apply the ointment and it doesn't come out or if it does it goes away so much faster!!

The drug (creme) is called Aciclovir (Zovir) and can be bought over the counter (in Denmark at least) it's an antiviral, but it has to be used just when the skin starts to tingle and itch before you actually see the cold sore, otherwize it doesnt help much. Used correctly it's actually pretty good :)

I just got over my first cold sore! I a saw on Pinterest to take a q-tip and dip it in Apple cider vinegar and put it on the cold sore 3-4 times a day for 2 days and it will clear up! It stings a little but so worth it! And I did it and it's gone!

Have you ever heard of a cream called PINK? I get it at walmart in the pharmacy section. You have to ask them for it at least at ours. But it is the best diaper rash cream. It doesn't burn and my kids don't mind us putting it on them.
You are lucky he still naps. My daughter started refusing naps at 22-23 months old. She is 26 months now and still doesn't take naps. Some days I just really need it though.
Must be coldsore season :( i woke up with one today on my bottom lip in corner :( :( just finished with a throat infection over the weekend and bam out comes the coldsore. Hope yours gets better quick bonnie xx

Bonnie, the secret ingredient inside a diaper when a kiddo has rash is liquid Mylanta. A tip my MD gave me with my first daughter. The Mylanta neutralizes any acid in the urine or poop and heals the rash super fast. Just pour a capful of Mylanta into the back area of the diaper where his bum hits. Works like a charm!
Me and my sister get them too, if your mom got them from after marrying your dad then your dad was the carrier for them my grandmother was the carrier that gave it to us, still with cold sores you should change your tooth brush when they are done and do not kiss or share anything with your kids and that prevents them from breaking out with any when they are older you won't spread it

What helps my cold sore / fever blisters is coconut oil & tea tree oil. I reapply everyone's it starts tingling, works really well for me.

Cold sores: Lysene in the vitamin section. Take 6000-8000mcg 4 times a day at onset. To prevent these from happening take Lysene daily 2000mcg daily.
