Is anyone having any luck with shadow resist? I have 230 shadow resist on my druid and it honestly feels like it does nothing against warlock dots. The combat log shows no resists on the dots, but sometimes a lot of shadow bolt damage gets resisted.
R F demonic rune does not damage over time. It is essentially life tap. The reason why demonic or dark runes work is due to classic using a 0.4 sec spell batching tick, so if the rune and the polymorph happen to get registered by the server during the same spell “batch”, then the rune damage will break the poly. And again, each “batch” goes out server wide every 0.4seconds
totally forgot about using runes to break sheeps/blinds. been using my skull of impending doom to get myself out of those situations but a rune would be way better. dont know why i didnt think of this lol

my low geared hunter mid level was unbeatble in the 1v1 but thats with monkey strikes. i dont know if such tactic works at the higher end. its 1 double jump to get out of melee range then you can slam in for 2 hits with you sword.
in classic wow there is no damage reduction resist. it just completely resists all damage or none at all. This video has some resist part that took from private servers
well this many potions and stuff .. pvp is very … costly money wise … if you approach it this way … yes it is viable but you need hundreds of g / day to sustain multiple fights ...

I can't wait to kill all those who spent hundreds of gold on engineering, while not being able to make shit for gold from engineering. Meanwhile, I am gathering herbs and making loads of mana pots and FAPs that every poor engineer will be buying, laughing all the way to the bank. Here's a pro tip: engineering is WAY overrated.
Polymorph isn't the issue with frost mages as a warrior; it's the root that never breaks and their ability to Blink out of stuns. Being Alliance makes this even more lopsided, since nearly every mage is Undead, so Intimidating Shout is, at best, an interrupt.
You got mana ticks wrong, let me explain it you don´t need to stop while drinking when you understand how it works. Every 2 sec after a cast you have a mana tick but your normal reg is stoped for 5 sec but the point is water don´t counts as normal mana reg and you can get the first 2 sec tick whiteout your spirit reg. You need a mana tick addon for this and then when you press water in the right moment while walking whit both mouse buttons you get a full water tick from it whitout stop, just tested it and works as stated. Btw great minigame in dungeons to play when your bored to midmax mana. Edit. guess it has to do whit spell dodging and seen some mage YT talking about it.

in actuality, you hit once, jump out, then move in for a 2nd hit, and repeat. if you take so damage you can kite. mauls. ice trap, wing clip.

Most 1v1 in pvp is over in 30 sec, hence all those "switch weapons" trinkets are uselss.
