I have the exact same Begleiter 2 in the long cut carbon fiber and N690 blade steel. Got it for Christmas, and it's been in my pocket ever since it's going on 2 weeks now. Fantastic action. And drop shut like a guillotine. I like your titanium version with the Japanese tanto blade shape. I'm not a big fan of hollow grinds, but this one kinda speaks to me. Good review and disassembly video. Thanks

Been playing around with a tanto begleiter for a while now, The action on it is second to none. Just pulled the trigger on getting a tanto titanium version, Hopefully it's even better!
Like a lot of knives, even really good ones, mine took a little tuning, but its flawless.
Just bought this knife and it’s fantastic. Got it on Amazon for $84 new… amazing deal and the action is unreal.
Great to hear that it’s worth the upgrade. I recommend you keep BOTH since you like them so much. To compensate, let go of a knife that’s just ok. My 2 cents. Thanks for sharing!

I only have an Begleiter XL button lock but i love it. Workhorse but after a few months it got a lock stick so i did it your way and took it apart. It, still has a little stick but it's a user.

@@terryrosler7631 There are some boutique manufacturers in USA or in Europe, and I think, they can make it for you by using a CNC machine as custom order. Maybe, it will be a bit costly.

I make steel miniature knives… I might just try to make one myself. Or maybe design one in sketchup and have it 3d printed.
