This is one of those times where we all wish we were seeing this in real time! I feel awful that you are still trying to fish Lobster out of season (Fall/Winter only) and that you've not yet noticed the Mail option for Taxes. That mail option also shows up for the Hunters when they are out of reach hunting as well as anyone isolated for disease. 😞 I hope you catch these comments soon, I hate to see you frustrated. Loving the series!!!
That is one of the issues when you are narrating episodes... you do not have time to pause the game & recording, write down a plan, open a trade window, pause recording, check the inventories... decide what to buy/sell, unpause recording & game, and continue.
@@shdwbnndbyyt I do the same things about missing stuff and I’m not even recording and doing all the other things you are. Really enjoying watching this series. Keep up the amazing work.
You can only catch lobser in fall and winter and you can pay your taxes though the mail, in your quest for taxes in the upper right hand corner there is a little letter that you can pay them remotly
For the crafted placables couldn't you just make 10 potted fern plants like the one next to your gnome? They're pretty cheap to make and should could I would think. lol 😉
In real life, smallpox lasted from a week until over a month... unless you died quickly from it. And it could take from a week to a year to recover from it...
Oh my what an episode. Poor Judith and Daniel. Shelab about halfway through, when you we coming to the bridge, Dora Johns ( granddaughter) came up to you and said to you, "You're up to no good, aren't you? But you pulled up your inventory and it blocked what she said, I don't know if you saw that. 🤔 💐
Generally, unless your immune system is run down... once innoculated versus smallpox (i.e. given a small dose of weakened/degraded disease -- the Chinese doctors would gather the scabs from patients and age them under humid conditions -- often storing them under their own arms, they already being innoculated) or having survived it, you were thereafter immune to it. Thus it generally hit a place once every 50 years, after most of the younger population replaced those who were already exposed to the disease.
My child is so gorgeous js bc i married Isabella and I'm blonde, we had a baby girl, she looks like us, beautiful and perfect ❤️ xD if i see sick townies I use soap and I'm ok so far, no small pox
@@LadyShelab Still watching the episode from today... while watching, I am currently crying out... Shelab, 12 hay in your inventory for the coop!! Please don't forget!! Note that I tend to watch for a while, do chores for a bit or watch some news updates, etc. then watch some more, so it may take me 5 hours or more to complete an episode...
But he does not have any hair... he must have inherited that from your father... generally the genes for retaining hair in men are from their mother's father. Mine had a full head of hair into his 60's (he died at 61 after falling down the very steep stairs in a Philadelphia row home).

The taxes 'quest' there is an envelope upper right of the notification. Use that to pay remote.
I like how you didn’t notice the tulip bulbs the hunter had in his inventory. But I know it’s so easy to miss when you are focused on other things.

Sometimes the hunter will have bulbs, you can also get them from the people at the lighthouse

Steel is imported so from the ships or rarely the carpenter or blacksmith will sell them.

Petting animals help with quality of stuff.
Lobster is a winter only fish. However, with the crustacean bait you will catch a lot.
