That actually aint new, mandate been a thing for a long time since your clone can prock it, it was like this since the introduction of the item, and pink ward did play with it few times. After mandate was changed to be non mythic its even better now caue u can go for liandry and mandate. I play shaco support like this, liandry, cdr boots, mandate, wardstone and with all that, box have 7 sc CD, its broken for dragon and baron fights if you have time to prep.

Since release of the Item of Mandate, all AP shaco OTP knows that Shaco can solo activate both onehit effects. same with Annie she can do it with Tibbers too.
It is so interisting, that Pink Ward use just old and outdated stuff, and brainless peoples thinking omg its genius, no its not, its base knowledge how the champion work and Item managament, u dont need more as 100 IQ to unterstand waht Pinkward do. When Pinkward has a 500 IQ Brain he would be Challenger all the time on the weak NA server.
