Actually Danger was the first song I saw of BTS. Rap line is officially RM, Suga & J-Hope but Jungkook is still counted as a sub rapper. Vocal line is Jungkook, V, Jin & Jimin, J- Hope is a sub in the vocal line. Dance line is J-Hope, Jungkook, Jimin & V.
BTS out the gun were head and shoulders above all the others even in their early days. It’s 8 years later and this is still amazing. Natural rhythm and talent. They are for real next level.

Obviously, everybody can sing, dance, and rap but these are the major divisions and certain songs are 'rap line songs' (like the Cyphers) or 'vocal line songs' (like "Dimple"), while the dance line members are the ones most often featured during dance breaks. It's always a treat for ARMY when the singers rap, the rappers sing, and the non-dance line members lead a formation.
When different combinations perform together, like Jimin and V on "Friends" (or for comedy fans, Suga and J-Hope on "Otsukare"), it's considered a 'sub-unit'. K-pop in general often uses the phrase 'sub-unit' whenever a sub-section of a group does something, whether it be a performance, an appearance, a photo shoot, etc.

V's hair was actually a wig, and at the end there when he cut part of it off he accidentally cut off his real hair as well...and let me tell you he was not pleased.

Jungkook was always the main vocalist, center and lead dancer of the group. That was always his role since the debut. He is the best vocalist in BTS when it comes to skills and technicality. But again he is an ace. He can literally do anything if he is serious about that thing. He was naturally good at rapping. So early day he use to sing as well as rap. But now as BTS evolve their music style he doesn't rap very often. Last time I remember him rapping was in Daeng vocal line version and My Time his solo song.

The rap line consists of RM, Suga, and J-Hope.........The vocal line consists of Jungkook, Jimin, V and Jin...........The dance line consists of Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope and V. Although all 7 of them can actually rap, some more than others, and all 7 of them have done vocals and they all can obviously dance amazingly.

V's vocal another level
BTS’ early music really did reflect their hunger for success but more than that it’s the passion and recklessness of their youth, of boys in luv. It’s grungy, rough, and they were even asked to reevaluate how they wrote about women in their older songs. And while seeing their drive in the music and the prevalence of their hip hop rap group roots is AMAZING (Dark and Wild is one of my favorite albums by them musically speaking and I still love Danger a lot) their later music softened not because of their loss of passion but because of the change in their values as they matured. :))) That’s what a lot of fans love about BTS. They still release bangers that just decimate (Ugh, Daengg, Mic Drop, Dionysus, Idol, etc) with visuals and dance and rap. But they know who they are now and they grew from their experiences which is why there’s less angry, why did you do this to me? type of music. It’s also why I don’t foresee them doing an album similar to Dark and Wild or even Skool Luv Affair unless they find a theme to explore that benefits from a darker more underground sound. In that case, it is very possible! Thank you guys as always for your fresh and honest take and for appreciating BTS’ music. Hope you enjoy the concert!!

That's a thing I love about them: they never shy away from their songs. Whereas I've met artists who refuse to play their previous album songs while on stage, BTS sings everything because they are 1. proud of their entire discography and 2. don't need to "only" promote their latest album to earn anything or win anyone.

Jungkook is the main vocalist, lead dancer , SUB RAPPER and the center of BTS. He is called the Golden Maknae (Golden Youngest) for being good at so many things. He is definitely multi talented.

Actually a lot of people love more young BTS than actual BTS, like me. This song is fire, like boy in luv, we are bulletproof, run, i need u, N.O, and many more that really shows why BTS is recognized by their dance, their rap, their charisma and their lyrics. But I cannot find that supportive, beautiful but wild and rebel BTS more in the new songs, and it's not about evolution, because you can try new things, becoming better and better, and your quality is going to be upper not lower than before like it is nowadays.
I hope BTS can return to that quality of lyrics.

People slept on them for so long because they were underdogs from a broken unknown company. They literally trained in rooms with fungus or broken air conditioning. They were poor af, cut off from broadcasts, no connections, the industry tried to suffocate them. But they kept growing every comeback. They are force that is unstoppable.
