Galician rythms have a lot of influences, and one of them is -of course- the radio in the middle of 20th century. Galician music is very rich, because it has very old tunes and rythms played now, also not so old tunes, and modern songs and rythms.
The truth is that more than half of what today is Spain was inhabited by celts... the other part was inhabited by iberians, and when they mixed they become celtiberians... so saying that Spain is not Celt in any sense is completely untrue and misleading.
