Five Life Lessons from the African Plant Hunter

My birthday treat was a visit to the biggest Baobab tree in the world, the Sagole tree in Limpopo, South Africa. While I was there, and in a suitably reflective mode, I was gripped by a sudden and inexplicable urge to share some life lessons. Here they are, exactly as they rolled off my tongue.

Happy birthday. Great lessons. I try to live my life by them. Except for the Land Rover Land Cruiser debate, Unimog is the way to go. Bigger is better except for nuts as when you get to our age, they tend to get sat on a lot.
