There is a video called, "When to play slow and when aggressive - Escape from Tarkov", from BlacKrait. Although its aimed at EFT, the principles are the same and applicable to pretty much any FPS that leans on the tactical and hardcore. Positioning is 70% of a gunfight, and 100% of it is information. He explains really well in that video I'm recommending when and how to play slowly and aggressively, it will help immensely.
At 0:31 this was me as a new player with over 10k hunt dollars I thought budget loadouts were reserved for Tarkov. Long story short I fucked around and found out; current balance is $413. Stay safe out there guys
My favorite budget loadouts are: 1. Crossbow/Spitfire/Dusters/Medkit/Alert Mines/Antidote shot/Small vitshot (This is my main loadout in pretty much all my solo matches) 2. Dual Scottfield swift/Springfield compact deadeye/Dusters/Medkit/Antidote shot/Small vitshot (Typically what I play with my mates - We die a lot) 3. Dual Scottfield/Combat axe/medkit/Small Antidote shot/poison bombs (Always do this for several matches after each prestige to unlock the scottfield, axe weapons + poison gear) 4. Springfield marksman/Scottfield Swift/Knife/medkit/Antidote shot/small Vitshot (Cheap and reliable budget sniper loadout) 5. Winfield C Compact/Romero Handcannon/Dusters/Medkit/Throwing axes/two small vitshots. Maybe it ain't easy being poor in the bayou, but it certainly is fun!
I’ve had fun lately with Springfield Compact with poison and dumdum, coupled with any dual-wield FMJ pistols. You slap some bleeding or poison on the enemy hunter, and then just send all your bullets towards where they’re covering.
I just think a single flash-grenade is always worth the price, it will get you a lot of kills once you get used to it being part of your loadout. Small regen shots can get very handy as well and they are pretty cheap.
Do you know how to unlock it fast? I always unlock it very late in the prestige but I'm never sure what I did to unlock it. Is it tied to bloodrank or something else?
Great video Mike, i enjoy trying the budget loadouts and seeing what works for my play style. I love the romero but just the other day i had the reload bug happen to me 3 times in a row in a match, and a few times in other matches also (where i do a reload animation, i see my character put ammo in the gun then i go to shoot and there is no ammo). Im not sure why its happening more often when i use the romero, but i hope they fix it soon because it sucks dying because of a glitch.
7:56 I am only a 3-star so I don't run into too many flashbombs. The one of the times I did get flashed, my hearing comeback before my sight. I was inside a building, with a Ramero, knew where the bomb came from, and could hear the hunter charging. I have good enough spacal awareness that I blind fired into the sound and killed the hunter blind. Other times I have been able to blindly run away and get behind cover.
29:00 I held out for so long and then once I changed it I've never looked back....gives you SOOOOO much more confidence when you are trying to move around
"Why don’t you repeek, I’m holding the angle" is the greatest thing I’ve heard so far this year. It’s basically the polite way of asking "Why aren’t you dumb?“
Forbudget loadouts, I'll take whatever contraband i have lying around. Usually Romero+pistol or triple pistol.(single for precision fire and duals for rapid fire) Then knucle knife, medkit, chokes, axes, fire, and a wax dynamite(six bucks extra is always worth it), 154 for tools and consumables. none for the guns. For best buy, I use rival + pax + same tools and consumables for 384
That last loadout is just perfect the way it is. Find consumes and weapons in towers/bosslairs or just kill someone with the throwing axe and steal their weapons :D
folks, have you heard about the Han Solo & Chewbacca-loadout? This would be bornheim extended with incendiary to create somewhat of a blasterish shot?! ..and of course, the crossbow, maybe with shotbolt :D and as thermal detonator would use frags... what else?
My favorite budget loadout (I play on console) is a Winfield talon + lemat. It starts off basic, but it has so much room to grow as you keep playing with it on a hunter. You can add custom ammo, levering, fanning, and iron sharpshooter and the loadout just completely changes
Ran into a mad lad in the Bayou the other day that was running 3 slot Crossbow (Normal/Shotbolt) and a Hand Crossbow (Poison/Chaos) bolts. Gotta respect that.
Honestly, one of my favorite cheap loadouts is: Rival, regular buckshot. Pax or Conversion Pistol. (Any sidearm, really) Knuckle Knife, Throwing Axes, Medkit and Choke bombs (If you're solo, then concertina mines) For consumables, two small vit shots and a single flash bomb. I think this puts it in the range of 300-350-ish $ and it's great. The Rival is one of the best shotguns to push with. An alternative is Sparks (Very cheap for the price (130$)) and conversion pistol. Same tool set as above two small vit shots and either a fire bomb or wax dynamite stick since they're about 20-30$ anyway. This is about another 300-350ish$ loadout> I could honestly go on. There's so much you can do with cheap loadouts in this game, it's insane.
Awesome video Mike, this build isn't really budget build, but I found it too be pretty fun. Primary - Nagant Officer brawler Secondary - Nagant Officer brawler Tools - Heavy knife (Brawler can deal with immolators and heavy knife is for concertina) - Medkit -Alert trip mine Consumables - x2 Weak vitality shots Now the pistols change but the reason i do them like this is because I mostly find it fun and funny. I normally run standard rounds for these bad boys, but I reckon you can change them up depending on how you feel. I normally play with teammates who love silenced weapons so I dont feel the need to take throwing knives or throwing axes (don't worry I add choke bombs to this build when I play with teammates) but as solo I just try my best to avoid Hives. Plus I find running pistols like this helps me aim better, nothing like having a mini freakout while you miss your little compact rounds up against a long ammo boi. Next set of pistols I will be doing will be scotfields or caldwell paxs. Anyway thank you for this awesome video and I hope you enjoy your day
My favorite budget loadout is a Carbine nagant officer with a silent nagant. Plenty of bullets, decent in most situations. You can even go full poison for quicker boss kills but watch out because you'd have no penetration. Switch the silent nagant for a crossbow (with half poison) or a saber if you don't need that many bullets and want to spice it up.
Springfield + Scottfield spitfire You have long range, mid range and short range. Huge ammo pool. 1 shot to the chest after downed. Both weapons are so good and complement each other very well. And it's quite cheap.
I like the Springfield but it's just as fast on a reload as a Martini. So I usually just take the martini. I would suggest running explosive ammo on the first slot and then standard ammo in the second. Cant tell you how many times its come in clutch for popping a window or barricaded door (which causes 3-4 star's brains to explode) plus I've gotten plenty of barrel kills with it and it's more versatile than incendiary. If you're running springfield/spitfire you'll have plenty of ammo to spare an explosive ammo slot. Also, side note: Martini Henry explosive ammo can one tap immolators, they still explode but they're instantly dead
@@Mrdestiny17 I love the Martini too. But with the cost of 1 martini you can buy 3 springfields. And the Springfield has a 2 sec reload against 3 sec of the martini. But yeah, both are really good weapons.
Favourite jack-of-all trades budget loadout is the Springy Marksman w/ half bleed + Spitfire. The hipfire on the Springfield makes it a really versatile main and the Spitfire gets a very healthy ammo reserve to do its thing in close.
Springfield Gang! I'm a geek for springfield marksman with half explosive & a spitfire. The explosive is good for taking windows/doors off of compounds, getting barrel kills, and killing revives more reliably. Medium explosive underrated as a utility pick imo :p
Normally my budget loadout is: Vetterli / Cavalry Sabre = 165$ Medkit / Dusters / Axes = 75$ 2x (weak) Vitality Shot / 2x (weak) Stamina Shot = 160$ Yes for a budget setup 400$ seems to be a pretty expensive loadout but this comes from the 2 stamina shots (2x60$) and I only bring those on a new hunter. After one match I stop bringing Stam shots because I get conduit and you could consider bringing fmj or even high velocity ammo after one round.
One strong Stamina Shot is cheaper than 2 weak and provides the same time. Weak contraband are more common on free Hunters and you can use them separately for different situations.
Such great content as always. Dude where did you find that background picture at the end of the video? The guy reloading the shotgun. Such a cool image.
The Winfield/Hand Crossbow loadout is a really fun one, I used it a lot when I was new, sometimes switched for Nagant if the Hunter came with Fanning or I got to take it after a match. I still rock it sometimes just for fun, I really enjoy it. I enjoy taking half Poison bolts for Immolators/deny Necros. One thing I find I'm running a lot with any budget loadouts is Flare Pistol. Easy kill on Concertina Armored, onetaps barrels, and even a decent option against the always-annoying Lower DeSalle and Nicholls Prison Hives. One thing to remember when taking few consumables, climb towers when safe. Ladders do make you vulnerable but towers will sometimes have Dynamite Bundle, Hive Bomb, Big Dynamite Bundle, Hellfire Bomb, maybe the rare Concertina Bomb... really good pickups.
Amusingly, that last loadout IS my favorite budget. Literally enter a match without a weapon and use whatever you find, I made so much money doing naked runs and looting towers for guns.
My go-to solo load out is the Crossbow with a Pax Claw Secondary, Knuckles, Med-kit, Concertina + Poison Traps, one Vitality shot, one Regeneration Shot, one Antidote shot and whatever explosive I have on hand. It's not exactly budget with a full complement of consumables, but it's earned me a lot of money for just a bit more investment. The Regen shot provides a lot more value than people think.
I 100 % agree with the crossbow. I still think to many people sleep on it. My 2 first map wipes ever in this game were with a crossbow and a nagant silencer from a free hunter. Now this was when I was 4 stars and solo, so probably not the world's best I was killing but still. While by no means op the crossbow is freaking great in compounds and in places with a lot of hard cover.
Winny C is the best value for the price in Hunt. Winny with silent Nagant is a classic. I've been frequently running all of the builds you listed recently, especially after the Pax had its price reduced. The other notable budget gun I'd shout out to is the Martini-Henry. Criminally underrated gun.
Martini bayonet is probably my favorite gun in the game if playing in duos or trios. So versatile at a lot of ranges, even up close (bayonet). Not expensive either. I regularly buy a martini and upgrade it to a Mosin taken off the guy I kill XD
@@bscorax that is just not true. Because in Hunt the ammo moves much slower than the text actually says. So if the enemy wiggle a bit. Not even alot. It's very difficult to hit with a 1 second or more delay.
Budget long ammo: Henry (or sparks) with Quad Derringer to save a buck on those expensive officers and New Army's (yeah it's more a meme but you wanted something fun :] ) Hand Crossbow as a cheap secondary, maybe even with spicy Chaos bolts in combination with a Sparks Silencer for some nice confusion :]
Sometimes I like to play quad nagants. Sounds weird, but man it feels good. Just ADS and pray ♡ I do surprisingly well with it and laugh nearly the whole round. Nobody expects it either so when they think you're loading.... just punch the Q and f them up ♡
I’m sure it’s been brought up before but I wish you could switch from right/left hand dominant while holding mainly bow, gun, etc. As well as get those better angles. Perhaps add lean would be nice.
For the jump vault separation, I use a Dygma Raise keyboard which has the space bar area broken up into 8 keys (4 on your left side but you might be able to reach 2 more) it has been a savior for binding tools/consumables and separating jump/vault. It keeps my fingers on WSAD and let’s my thumb do the work. It’s pricey but I love it.
Lemat Carbine with slugs and Silent Nagant (poison optional). Maybe a $200~ primary is too expensive to be considered budget, but frankly I consider anything around or below that to be cheap. The LC is just such a versatile gun that it covers all bases other than long range, which no other budget gun except the Springfield really does either. The Silent nagant adds some much needed utility, and allows really speedy movement through and around compounds, which is really important for the LC. It's an amazing all-round combo that's super effective.
Solo Budget Rat: Winfield Centennial Hand Crossbow with half Poison (alternatively Nagant Silenced) Throwing Axe, Medkit, Fusee Weak Antidote Shot (or Stamina) Reasoning: deals with AI silently, completely ignore Hives, don't need Dusters because you always can use Poison ammo or the butt of the Winnie. Concertina Armoreds can be killed with a single Fuse (gives away position same as a lamp, could also throw the Axe if you are confident. In PvP the Centennial is actually pretty nice. Reasonable accuracy and bullet speed for Medium Ammo and good enough Fire Rate up close.
“Somehow they know” Well yeah Mike you had the bounty buddy! that cracked me up though because I’ve watched my buddy do the same thing and freak out that they kept finding him
I like this loadout, its pretty troll but its fun! only problem is ammo, if you are crazy you can do duel conversion pistols and add a duster wpn 1: Machete wpn 2: bornheim Tools: medkit, choke (if team) Consumable: weak vitality x2
One of my favorites will always be Winnie Vandal fmj + dual Conversions fmj, just good solid damage. Recently I’ve started taking quartermaster asap and swapping the Vandal for a LeMat carbine fmj. It’s super versatile and tons of fun
I am unsure if it's a budget loadout or if it's a terrible loadout, but I tend do have good results with a regular springfield with a dum-dum ammo slot and a nagant pistol (with fanning if available), a knife, medkit, throwing knives and choke bombs for teamplay.
I like playing the Springfield with half poison and a spitfire. I get the full 24 medium ammo for both guns plus the poison ammo to quickly take out immos or armoreds coming at you during fights. Also forces players to hide allowing me to reload and rotate or causing them to make a bad push.
Half dumdum springfield is usually better for pvp. Bleeding requires you to holster your gun to stop it, and if you ignore it, you die. You can wait out poison and you don't need to holster your gun, plus it can be reduced to almost nothing with mithridatist and it can be completely deleted with an antidote shot. (Also, springfield + scottfield swift is pretty decent and fun with fanning)
My go-to budget loadout is Springfield and Caldwell New Army (a bit on the border of pricy but still pretty cheap) - super reliable loadout that's both deadly at range and up close
The other thing we like to do is Caldwell chain with fanning.... and a full chaos build. Hand crossbow, chaos bomb, and cheap dynamite. Everyone comes to 3rd party and there's a big ol fight. We love it. Them you get a whole new load out from looting. ♡
100% agree with you on the consumables. Especially if you die with four filled consumable slots... quite the money sink. not quite that budget but my default loadout: -silenced vetterli -Medium ammo pistol of the day -knife -Medkit -chokebombs -tool of choice covers about everything and is affordable. For Soloplay I think I would ditch the chockebombs for some nice entrappment.
I think the vetterli is so good for the price. It's a nice medium budget rifle that let's you touch out at distance but still is quick close up. Very nice.
My budget/main loadout is Main: Winfield Silencer (Great for killing AI and getting xp. Sights are not the best but they are not bad) Secondar: New Army (Fast fire rate and two tap potential.) Tools: Knuckles (I just like them more then KK), Medkit, Throwing Axe (Great for armors and bosses), Choke Bomb. Consumables: 2 Small Vit Shots, 1 Dynamite, 1 Firebomb
Contraband makes the cheapest loadouts. Always take the free hunter after every possible free suffle. Dismiss it and keep the contaband. I always have a few free hunters on my roster just to store contraband for new hunters to start out with. Then you can fully load a hunter at no cost. Nice video Mike!
Hey Mike, I haven't checked in on the channel in a while and I am glad to see you are still going strong! As always I love your gameplay and wisdom. Every time I watch I can't help but want to play some Hunt! All the best to you and your family!
Just started prestiging again. Been finding Winnie C w/ Nagant Silence + Poison treating me nicely. If I'm feeling spicy, Winnie C w/ Levering and a Chain Pistol both with FMJ for the extra pen.
A few of my favorite “budget” loadouts are: Romero + Scottfield FMJ (later upgraded with quartermaster to Romero + obrez if my hunter earns it). Vetterli Silencer + Hand crossbow (with poison) Martini w/ bayonet + spitfire (or any med pistol really. Pax, Scotty, lematt etc) Martini is bae. Springfield w/ 1/2 reg 1/2 bleed + Scottfield or Pax All come with knife or knuckles, medkit, and throwing axes (except crossbow then no axes). Consumes are fire bomb, wax dynamite, big vit shot (bc I get shot a lot XD).
yeah basically what I run when I wanna go budget but I also run basic springfield + spitfire often as you get them frequently as contraband via free hunters
Vandal FMJ + Rival Handcannon is a kind of close to medium range. The change in bullet velocity is barely noticeable for what you get and Rival if won't kill, will put the enemy under incredible pressure with heavy bleed.
@@KoylTrane Not a fan of scopes of any kind myself, espacially the deadeye, they don't fit my prefered playstile and even if I play in a way that suits them the magnification somehow fucks with my brain and totaly throws me of. Couldn't hid a barn door for the live of me.with these things.
my budget loadout is literally just pax, knuckle knife, med kit, throwing axes, 2 small vit shots. only reason i get away with this so much is i can wipe teams solo with my pistol but the moment i pull out rifle or shotgun i just get destroyed. pax is just for the 2 taps and if you get fanning you have a good close to med range setup and the fact your only bringing a pax or similar pistol (sometimes i just use conversion/chain) you save on money. and you also have a free slot for upgrades in the field. i find sparks rifles all the time in towers and other pistols lying around around compounds. i call it my gunslinger loadout. similar to my Billy the kid loadout.
I played a lot of double hand-crossbow back when it was a medium slot weapon. What I wouldn’t give to be able to dual wield that now. Please do it Crytek
If you’re looking for a fun budget loadout run the hunting bow and bornheim match, you got the bow to be silent and maybe for close range but the bornheim is a good backup for clicking heads and close range if you need it
- Springfield Compact Deadeye w/ 1 slot Explosive Ammo - Bow w/ Poison + Concertina Arrows - KKnife, FirstAid, $30 Trap of Choosing, Chokes - 2 Vit Shots + Optional Ammo Box It's $342 without the Ammo Box and $408 with it.
The combination of humor and information is always fantastic in your videos. Musical greetings from Belgium, Gunther (singer and lyrics writer of Gabriel Scar)
My two go-to budget loadouts are actually the nagant precision/romero combo, and the winfield/crossbow combo! Near exact to what I bring, its soo good. xD I'd say one of my alternate, good budget-y loadouts would actually be the bow / winfield vandal. Its like a budget crossbow/mosin obrez combo, I am very fond of it.
At least you have the option to separate jump and vault. We get to grab random ladders when we’re running and reloading on console. Also I really envy your ability to zoom in on the map. I really wish console could do that. It’s super helpful.
My go to budget load out is Springfield Striker with dual Conversion pistols and duster instead of knuckle knife. Obviously you could keep the knife and take the regular compact Springfield instead. You could slap dumdum on the pistols or half dumdum on the Springfield and FMJ on the pistols. It's pretty much my everyday warm up combo.
Not the most "budget" of load outs, but Springfield dum dum/poison with Pax dum dum and then dual Pax after Quartermaster. Very effective build for pretty cheap. Plus perk friendly.
yeah i like this sorta crosbow or romero stuff. also bow with 1 poison, and either springy compact or Scofield precision. i tend to go for 1/2 bleed on springy, but now they added the poison could do something good with that. dual conversions with fmg wiht springy or bow also fun
I play Winnie vandal and dual conversion both with fmj. Obviously no long range at all but I play on console and have found there’s generally less long range shootouts anyway. Also my favourite moments in the game are fighting close to medium range anyway
Great video, I just wish taking cost into account was more important. With the weapon unlocks being removed, and the last third of the level progression being exclusively cash rewards, I never feel pressured to budget my builds in any way but not taking a Nitro Express and a Dolch every match.
if you want something budget , all you need is lemat carbine +fmj and slug . secondary melee. consumable and tools hand axe medicine kit vitality shoot . you are good to go. the most versatile and cheapest build you will ever get in game
My favorite budget loadout is Springfield compact (with explosiv-/normal ammo) + Romero hatchet (with penny-/buckshot). I play it with Dusters/Medkit and 2 Weak vitality shots. It costs in total 177$.
My favorite budget loadout is a quad Derringer, Heavy knife, regen shot/Healing kit and dynamite. Because the best free guns are the ones we steal along the way.
I've been playing a lot of vetterli with hand crossbow or Springfield with scottfeild. I have recently fallen in love with the Springfield despite it not being great on paper. My tools unironically ended up being the same as yours on accident 😆
And what is your go to Budget Loadout?
mostly martini henry + conversion (if range is needed).
Damn Mike, this first one is my exact goto budget laodaout I use in weeks now. But I do take a Firebomb and an explosive with me.
Thanks for the vid man.
bow + romero handcannon
or what the freebie is carrying :D

I love how no matter what weapon load out someone has, they can be just as lethal as an expensive load out. The Hunt Showdown is just brilliant.
This is the reason I love hunt so much. That every weapon is AT LEAST viable
I love the fact that it doesn’t really feel bad to lose in Hunt. I came from Escape from tarkov and every loss there felt like ripping my hair out.

"If you playing in a team, play with choke bombs, be a team player" HEARD THAT JOE?!
Honestly, one of my favorite cheap loadouts is:
Rival, regular buckshot.
Pax or Conversion Pistol. (Any sidearm, really)
Knuckle Knife, Throwing Axes, Medkit and Choke bombs (If you're solo, then concertina mines)
For consumables, two small vit shots and a single flash bomb. I think this puts it in the range of 300-350-ish $ and it's great. The Rival is one of the best shotguns to push with.
An alternative is Sparks (Very cheap for the price (130$)) and conversion pistol.
Same tool set as above
two small vit shots and either a fire bomb or wax dynamite stick since they're about 20-30$ anyway. This is about another 300-350ish$ loadout>
I could honestly go on. There's so much you can do with cheap loadouts in this game, it's insane.
Primary: Winnie Vandal Deadeye
Secondary: Romero Hatched (Normal+Penny)
Tools: Knuckleknife, ThrowingAxes, Alert Tripmines, Medikit
Consumables: 2 Small Vitality
or
Primary: Bow (Normal + Poison)
Secondary: Springfield Compact Striker (Normal + DumDum)
Tools: KnuckleKnife, Deringer, Alert Tripmines, Medikit
Consumables: 2 Small Vitality
Awesome video Mike, this build isn't really budget build, but I found it too be pretty fun.
Primary - Nagant Officer brawler
Secondary - Nagant Officer brawler
Tools
- Heavy knife (Brawler can deal with immolators and heavy knife is for concertina)
- Medkit
-Alert trip mine
Consumables
- x2 Weak vitality shots
Now the pistols change but the reason i do them like this is because I mostly find it fun and funny.
Springfield + Scottfield spitfire
You have long range, mid range and short range.
Normally my budget loadout is:
Vetterli / Cavalry Sabre = 165$
Medkit / Dusters / Axes = 75$
2x (weak) Vitality Shot / 2x (weak) Stamina Shot = 160$
Yes for a budget setup 400$ seems to be a pretty expensive loadout but this comes from the 2 stamina shots (2x60$) and I only bring those on a new hunter.
After one match I stop bringing Stam shots because I get conduit and you could consider bringing fmj or even high velocity ammo after one round.
Vetterli + sabre is great and a lot of fun
One strong Stamina Shot is cheaper than 2 weak and provides the same time. Weak contraband are more common on free Hunters and you can use them separately for different situations.
Such great content as always. Dude where did you find that background picture at the end of the video? The guy reloading the shotgun. Such a cool image.
I can’t remember :(
@@PsychoghostGaming 😭 it needs to be my phone background haha
@@Thund3r4 It's a prematch loading screen I think
Centennial and hand crossbow very spicy and not that expensive.
My favourite budget loadout is Sparks Sniper with Silenced Nagant (poison). You'll need fanning though, to win the engagements at
I’ve had some fun using the quad derringer and melee weapon only. Get a kill and steal their load out lol. Would love to see a video on this
Winny C is the best value for the price in Hunt. Winny with silent Nagant is a classic. I've been frequently running all of the builds you listed recently, especially after the Pax had its price reduced.
The other notable budget gun I'd shout out to is the Martini-Henry. Criminally underrated gun.
The Martini is so slow tho :S regular ammo 400m/s
Martini bayonet is probably my favorite gun in the game if playing in duos or trios. So versatile at a lot of ranges, even up close (bayonet). Not expensive either. I regularly buy a martini and upgrade it to a Mosin taken off the guy I kill XD
@@SonnyKnutson but it freaking slaps! Average bullet velocity and a huuuuge slap for a recipient
@@SonnyKnutson Slow Ammo is not a problem, you just have to get used to it.
@@bscorax that is just not true. Because in Hunt the ammo moves much slower than the text actually says. So if the enemy wiggle a bit. Not even alot. It's very difficult to hit with a 1 second or more delay.
Budget long ammo: Henry (or sparks) with Quad Derringer to save a buck on those expensive officers and New Army's (yeah it's more a meme but you wanted something fun :] )
Hand Crossbow as a cheap secondary, maybe even with spicy Chaos bolts in combination with a Sparks Silencer for some nice confusion :]
Sometimes I like to play quad nagants. Sounds weird, but man it feels good. Just ADS and pray ♡ I do surprisingly well with it and laugh nearly the whole round. Nobody expects it either so when they think you're loading.... just punch the Q and f them up ♡

awesome vid. I never regretted separating vault and jump for that exact reason xD
I’m sure it’s been brought up before but I wish you could switch from right/left hand dominant while holding mainly bow, gun, etc. As well as get those better angles. Perhaps add lean would be nice.
One that I used to play all the time was the nagant p deadeye w/ rival handcannon. Always called the nagant p deadeye the "tactical doinker." ;)
It’s pricey but I love it.
interesting. i've never seen such thing
Left alt is king for vault.
You've got me playing winnie c with hand crossbow pretty regularly
Lemat Carbine with slugs and Silent Nagant (poison optional). Maybe a $200~ primary is too expensive to be considered budget, but frankly I consider anything around or below that to be cheap. The LC is just such a versatile gun that it covers all bases other than long range, which no other budget gun except the Springfield really does either. The Silent nagant adds some much needed utility, and allows really speedy movement through and around compounds, which is really important for the LC. It's an amazing all-round combo that's super effective.
Solo Budget Rat:
Winfield Centennial
Hand Crossbow with half Poison (alternatively Nagant Silenced)
Throwing Axe, Medkit, Fusee
Weak Antidote Shot (or Stamina)
Reasoning: deals with AI silently, completely ignore Hives, don't need Dusters because you always can use Poison ammo or the butt of the Winnie.
“Somehow they know”
Well yeah Mike you had the bounty buddy!
that cracked me up though because I’ve watched my buddy do the same thing and freak out that they kept finding him
Crossbow/Officer has been a loadout I’ve been loving. So damn good
I like this loadout, its pretty troll but its fun! only problem is ammo, if you are crazy you can do duel conversion pistols and add a duster
wpn 1: Machete
wpn 2: bornheim
Tools: medkit, choke (if team)
Consumable: weak vitality x2
I just recently made up to make a video about that specific loadout... very good indeed :))
best budget loadout is the naked run. But you might want to bring a derringer to have at least a mini gun at the start^^
Thanks for the awesome uploads.
This channel has been my go too chill content for a long time.
Winni is still my all time favorite
My 2 favorite budget loadouts are Springfield+Pax+Poison or Silenced Vetterli + Hand Crossbow
Especially if you die with four filled consumable slots... quite the money sink.
not quite that budget but my default loadout:
-silenced vetterli
-Medium ammo pistol of the day
-knife
-Medkit
-chokebombs
-tool of choice
covers about everything and is affordable. For Soloplay I think I would ditch the chockebombs for some nice entrappment.
I think the vetterli is so good for the price. It's a nice medium budget rifle that let's you touch out at distance but still is quick close up. Very nice.
My budget/main loadout is
Main: Winfield Silencer (Great for killing AI and getting xp. Sights are not the best but they are not bad)
Secondar: New Army (Fast fire rate and two tap potential.)
Tools: Knuckles (I just like them more then KK), Medkit, Throwing Axe (Great for armors and bosses), Choke Bomb.
Consumables: 2 Small Vit Shots, 1 Dynamite, 1 Firebomb
One of my favourites - bow and dual fmj conversions)
Contraband makes the cheapest loadouts. Always take the free hunter after every possible free suffle. Dismiss it and keep the contaband.
I always have a few free hunters on my roster just to store contraband for new hunters to start out with. Then you can fully load a hunter at no cost.
Nice video Mike!
I love Nagant P and Romero H combo. It's been my go to "I don't know what to play" loadout.
I absolutely love the Romero, I always use it at least once during Hunt sessions
Hey Mike, I haven't checked in on the channel in a while and I am glad to see you are still going strong! As always I love your gameplay and wisdom. Every time I watch I can't help but want to play some Hunt! All the best to you and your family!
Full-sized Romero and Conversion pistol for my budget loadout.
Just started prestiging again. Been finding Winnie C w/ Nagant Silence + Poison treating me nicely. If I'm feeling spicy, Winnie C w/ Levering and a Chain Pistol both with FMJ for the extra pen.
A few of my favorite “budget” loadouts are:
Romero + Scottfield FMJ (later upgraded with quartermaster to Romero + obrez if my hunter earns it).
Vetterli Silencer + Hand crossbow (with poison)
Martini w/ bayonet + spitfire (or any med pistol really. Pax, Scotty, lematt etc) Martini is bae.
Springfield w/ 1/2 reg 1/2 bleed + Scottfield or Pax
All come with knife or knuckles, medkit, and throwing axes (except crossbow then no axes).
So the Handcannon with flechette ammo? Like the loadout, I personly prefer high velocity over fmj though, but to each theire own.
@@Fate2071 I use HV with a deadeye scope, I often find myself having problems tracking the target with the iron sights at range beyond 50 meters.
If you’re looking for a fun budget loadout run the hunting bow and bornheim match, you got the bow to be silent and maybe for close range but the bornheim is a good backup for clicking heads and close range if you need it
- Springfield Compact Deadeye w/ 1 slot Explosive Ammo
- Bow w/ Poison + Concertina Arrows
- KKnife, FirstAid, $30 Trap of Choosing, Chokes
- 2 Vit Shots + Optional Ammo Box
It's $342 without the Ammo Box and $408 with it.
The first one, i have it long time coming now and i added the antidote too and not throwing knives/axe but decoys
Ooooh, my question about the Bard is in it at 41:40 mark. Nice. 😎 Musical greetings from Belgium, Gunther (singer and lyrics writer of Gabriel Scar)
8:32 that looked just brutal!
One of my favourite budget loadouts is Nagant Precision and Romer Handcannon. Tools and consumables of your choice.
i rly liked that sparks one u recommended last time :D
For me it's
Naggant P Deadeye & Bow (half frag).
Absolutely favorite!
I really like it, I like to use a very similar one
I like how when you say "alert trip" mine it sounds like "electric" mine
Last week i made around 40k by only playing nagant p and romero hatchet. Safe to say i mastered the nagant lol
At least you have the option to separate jump and vault. We get to grab random ladders when we’re running and reloading on console. Also I really envy your ability to zoom in on the map. I really wish console could do that. It’s super helpful.
What would you pair with the springfield? Especially when you started a fresh prestige
I like the Nagant precision and Romero handcannon for budget.
I am singlehandedly funding the manufacturer for the Sparks silenced. I love having a super strong, nearly silent opening shot in a team.
Springfield with dumdum ammo and cavalry saber is my go to budget loadout and its so much fun always haha
funilly enough those first two loadouts are pretty much my tried and true budget loadouts as well, and of course I always play better when I run them
Never thought I'd see Psycho convert to the knuckle knife and join our fellow brothers in Christ in this sacred journey
Not the most "budget" of load outs, but Springfield dum dum/poison with Pax dum dum and then dual Pax after Quartermaster. Very effective build for pretty cheap. Plus perk friendly.
yeah i like this sorta crosbow or romero stuff. also bow with 1 poison, and either springy compact or Scofield precision. i tend to go for 1/2 bleed on springy, but now they added the poison could do something good with that. dual conversions with fmg wiht springy or bow also fun
ive been enjoying nagant precision high velocity with romero hatchet standard ammo
