Grrr I was pissed this was cancelled. You could just tell the writers had big plans for the story. The ending is open ended enough to understand that Adem and Yasemine do eventually end up together, but it's in the imagination. We don't get to see it happen. Ratings system is the worst, because a lot of gems get lost in the rat race and are cancelled. But that's how business works. And also, I see comments from 2 years ago on the YT channel of where this was aired in Turkey...so much moral uproar there. Sometimes viewers just jump to conclusion, watching one scene, without letting the story play out. Not one moment between them I felt was cringe or was I uncomfortable watching because they were married to other people in the show. It wasn't sleazy. But a lot of people had problem with it when nothing even happens between the two. It boggles my mind. Regardless, this was a great video! I just wish there was more to watch in this story.
It also pains me that this was left in the middle 🥺 And yes, rating system is a really old strategy that doesn't function anymore. I was so into the action of the series and the chemistry between Melisa Aslı and Serkan, I hope one day they do something similar together and it lasts much longer! Considering that Türkiye has super strict rules on tv- and the “moral uprising!”, I understand why it got cancelled. But for the rest of the world- I really wish it had a 2nd season… wish NEtflix picked it up and finished the story! Without government restrictions.

Also if you notice- Turkish also regulates kissing on Tv- it’s never longer than 2 seconds or they get a fine.

Sometimes it’s obligation ( Princess Diana and King Charles back in the day) or money, comfort,lust companionship, etc. we hope there is love in a marriage but they “can” be 2 different things
