I had the Maurice Ashley Teaches Chess (1997) CD-Rom game when I was a kid. I never got that good at chess, but damn did I learn a lot of Maurice Ashley'isms

That last game was amazing to me. How he was able to pick up his speed and still play so efficiently is just mind blowing
After a chance encounter with a high ranking chess player, I started playing chess again after a 30 plus year hiatus. I played a game against him and lost in 35 moves, I had no ranking and he was ranked in the high 1800s. Then I saw some of your videos and I am now playing everyday and learning all over again. I still make a lot of stupid moves but I just move on and have fun. I love the game and watching you has made me want to get my rating back to where I was back then. Thanks for the inspiration.
