Those lights with the liquid in them are bubble lights. As they heat up they form bubbles that float around the light. We had them when I was growing up and I'm 68 so they have been around for a while. lol
Those Christmas lights with liquid in them bubble after they heat up. We had those back in the 60s when I was a little boy. Very Groovy and are worth a little. Keep that box of Christmas lights. You probably won't find too many of them again.

Bubble lights! Old school, but they make them today too. I grew up with bubble lights 75 years ago.
Those are bubble lights. After you plug them in and they heat up, bubbles go up the stem. Very popular in the 1950’s
