Iztik Ben-Gann has a good trick for this. He calls it the "parallel apply trick".
It’s not a bad idea, but the issue with parallel apply patterns is often that costing gets in the way. Only the outer side of nested loops is considered to benefit from parallelism, because the inner side is DOP copies of the plan running rather than the usual divide and conquer strategy. I have a video planned about it, but it’s an incredibly dense and difficult topic with many caveats and exceptions.
