Ngl, I dont fully blame the big brother for this, they are doing something alot of siblings do, scaring each other, if the big brother wants to kill his little brother then he and his gang could just grab him and smash it against the wall, but he didnt, its because he intend it as a joke, in the end, its michael aftons fault for letting out that animatronic near his child, the suit is intended to kill, because no normal thing is able to CRUSH a literal skull, but he still did, so its probably his fault for not being cautious and letting suits that are intended to kill around his son

But all of that he had matured and became the tragic hero polar opposite to his murderous father by setting free the unfortunate souls trapped inside the animatronics, gaining redemption for himself.
It surprises me how no one is afraid of the anamatronics, except for the kid, and he has every reason to be afraid because he knew what the anamatronics were capable of. He knew that they could and would kill innocents. And that red haired girl knew as well but still didn't act. And because of this an innocent kid was killed for reasons preventable.

In the fnaf 4 minigames her rooom is empty wih a mangled animatronic. She also does not make an apperance in the minigames unlike William, Micheal 1(foxybro) and Micheal 2(Cc)

This is heartbreaking. I think that the older brother was joking at first, and so were his friends, but once he saw the consequences of what he did.....I know was sorry. I think that he could never forgive himself. Anyone else agree?
I know you want to give the older brother the benefit of the doubt but those "jokes" went way too far. That went beyond a minor prank, he locked his younger brother in his room and repeatedly frightened him by putting on a Foxy mask and jumping out at him. If he did it once and then realized it really frightened his younger brother then he could be forgiven, but multiple times? Fredbear's dialogue also implied this was something the older brother did often. And then that last part, grabbing his little brother with his friends while he was screaming and crying and shoving his head into the Fredbear's mouth... there is no excuse for that. This was sibling abuse, and I have no sympathy for the older brother. I should know, I was a survivor of sibling abuse myself, and I also had an older brother that pulled similar shit.

Plus, remember this is the Afton family. They aren't stable as you said, Michael probably had to endure some abuse as well, and as a result of that likely from their father William Afton, it influenced Michael's actions. Again, it doesn't excuse them at all, but him killing his brother was by no means, intentionally or his fault. Also there's no proof Michael did anything from locking the crying child in his room, for all we know it could have been William. All Michael did were what we were shown directly onscreen.

Note to self: fredbear was in animatronic mode on stage before child was bit. Spring locks are not fastened in this state, only in suit mode, therefore the bite was not caused by spring lock failure. If a person was in the suit, they would be partially visible. Possible explanation: fredbear was tampered with prior to bday party, suggesting someone planned the bite (The bite would have to place a large amount of pressure to crush skull bone, otherwise the animatronic would likely just jam up, causing minor injury. Unlikely someone would design a character with the ability to crush a skull.)

Michael Afton went on to die to free his sister/Ennard, free the original missing children in fnaf 3, and then help Henry free Charlie, Elizabeth, Molten Freddy, and send William to hell. TLDR: Just because he'd scare his brother doesn't mean he'd want his brother to be killed. There's just 0 logic in that.
Growing up and understanding the backstory of this mini game hits hard. Poor little Evan Afton. Tormented until his very end with no one left to console him.
I love how the animatronics (at least the souls inside them) still tried to help the boy even though he was afraid of them. “It’s okay that you’re scared of us. We understand. We’ll help you get out of here, don’t worry.” Imagine a child scared of a place because of the horrific version of yourself that exists there. The amount of patience and understanding you’d need to try to console them. Sadly, in the end, they all became true monsters in his eyes because of all the psychological torture and his horrific end in Fredbear’s animatronic, the very bear that tried to help him the most. In the child’s eyes, he couldn’t trust anyone nor anything anymore, not even the closest thing he had to a friend.

The details of the incident were later revealed in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 revealed that the whole incident was a terrible prank, during a cutscene after completing the 5th Night. The main protagonist of the game, a child who is being thrown a party at the FNaF 2's Pizzeria, is being bullied by his Older brother and three older bullies. On the day of the party, the child's birthday, the Big Brother and his bullies, wearing the masks of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica, surround the child tormenting him, the one in the Chica mask commenting that the child is pathetic. Big Brother suddenly gets the idea to force the child to be right next to the Fredbear animatronic, the child screaming and shouting as he is dragged over to him. Big Brother decides to force his brother's head into the animatronic, saying that it's a big kiss to Fredbear. He underestimates the strength of the springlocks, only laughing with his bullies as his brother's head is stuck. The child's head gets stuck between the second row of teeth, and his tears and frantic movements cause the springlocks to snap, crushing his skull, causing Big Brother and the bullies to stop laughing and look in horror. After the bite, the child begins to die. Big Brother (Foxy) and his sister (Circus Baby) comes to his little brother's bedside, and apologizes in a brief statement. He had felt remorse for what he caused, and put himself on the path to redemption. The Big Brother is theorized to be Michael Afton, the main protagonist of FFPS, FNaF 1 and FNaF SL.

The older Brother stayed by his brothers side the entire time up until death. He was the guard in all the fnaf games, I believe he redeemed himself. In the end he loved his brother a lot. Also there is a theory that the child you play as is mike himself, suffering from nightmares. Thus the nightmarish versions of the Animatronics. He felt a lot of guilt and never really recovered.

now I have my own theory.... what if the pale yellow font is a combination of people for example, the "you're broken" "i'm still here" and "i will put you back together" lines could be coming from someone like his surgeon who he's never seen due to him being in a coma. "we're still your friends" could becoming from anyone. but it might be from one of the other kids who put they boy in the fredbear mouth, because we never hear the freddy mask kid or chica kid talk.
Oh, the scene in the dark makes sense. He is in a choma or something after the accident, and the other animatronics dissapear one by one symbolising the purple guy killing them one by one, in the room, where he baited them in, when they didn't know what to do after the accident, just like one of you newer theories said. This is the only channel atm that has theories that actually seem super believale, you, mrs., are probably on the right track.
During the video game parts such as in the house, the Parts & Service room, and the birthday party, some of you might hear faint laughter. It sounded at bit like Freddy's laughter, along with other animatronics laughing. For me, it might be the laughter of the kids who mocked the crying child for being so scared.

Looking from a retrospective, this games story is incredibly interesting, yet heartbreaking. Throughout the nights, we play as a kid who’s terrorized by these twisted, nightmarish versions of the original animatronics. He’s practically fighting for his life every night. And if that’s bad, his daytime life isn’t great either. His older brother constantly bullied him, along with the other masked bullies who joined in. He most likely never got any amount of sleep, and was probably sleep-deprived. He had a father who never cared about him, and most likely never tried to be there, or comfort him. To put the final nail in the coffin, he ended up dying to the one thing he feared the most. It’s sad. Sometimes you think that, this kid could’ve had a better life as he got older, but he never got that chance. His life was cut short, by someone who was close to him. Out of all the deaths, this one in my opinion, is the most saddest. An innocent kid who died in a horrible way.

As an eldest, the younger siblings l sometimes couldn't stand and living in those moments, I've done some pretty mean things. I can confirm that you will feel really bad about certain things when looking back as the eldest sibling. You might hate them back in the day when you're kids, but when you're older, most of us eldest people end up being best friends with our younger siblings later on. Appreciate what you have.
Here's a couple weird theories. I know most of these have been talked about before, but I think I've kind of made sense of it all. WARNING, HUGE WALL OF TEXT. 1. The 4 bullies that throw the crying child to Freddy are the 4 children who are murdered by purple guy. HERE'S WHY: - The mask's they bullies are all wearing foreshadow the suits each of their dead bodies will be stuffed into when they are murdered by purple guy. If you notice in FNAF 1, Foxy will periodically hold up a sign that says "I'm sorry," and in the final moments of the crying child's life his brother says "I'm sorry" and then the foxy plushie slowly disappears. The crying child's brother was also wearing the foxy mask to scare the crying child at their house, and also when him and his friends threw him to Freddy in the final minigame in FNAF 4. From this, it can only be assumed that the rest of the disappearing plushies symbolize the order in which each other bully is murdered. 2. The purple guy is the crying child's father AND the phone guy. HERE'S WHY: - The crying child appears in Fazbear's pizza in more than one minigame, despite Freddy saying "He knows you hate it here." From this, it can only be assumed that someone close to him dragged him to this location for some unknown reason. It would make more sense that it would be the crying child's father if his father worked at Fazbear's pizza and couldn't leave the child alone at home with his brother who consistently bullies him. While there is no concrete evidence that the crying child's father works at Fazbear's pizza, it could be one of many logical explanations as to why the crying child is there against his will. - In FNAF 1, the phone guy explains that Foxy was always his favourite. It's never really been clear why, unless we stay with the theory that purple guy killed the 4 children who bullied the crying child. This would also mean that purple guys would have killed his own son, who we know gets stuffed into the Foxy suit after his death. This is just a cool grim easter egg I noticed. 3. The crying child eventually becomes who we know to be the infamous Golden Freddy. HERE'S WHY: - The crying child seems to have made an imaginary friend out of his Golden Freddy stuffed bear, and throughout certain points in the game he becomes somewhat of a guardian angel to the crying child. Everywhere we see the crying child go, his Golden Freddy plushy follows him - EXCEPT in the very last minigame when the crying child is carried to his eventual death. Since we already know the crying child has this sentimental attachment to Golden Freddy, it only makes sense that he would posses the Golden Freddy suit in his after-life. - In the crying child's final moments, the Golden Freddy plushy says "I will put you back together" and then slowly disappears, symbolizing the death of the crying child. By saying "I will put you back together," this somehow implies that Golden Freddy wants to bring the crying child back to life somehow, which he eventually does as we can see in the FNAF 2 minigame where we play as the puppet giving the dead children gifts and then putting them into the suits. If you notice in the frame right before the Golden Freddy jumpscare, a 5th dead child briefly appears with the broken Golden Freddy suit next to him. And now with FNAF 4 released, we can only assume that this 5th child is the crying child we've been playing as because of his attachment to his Golden Freddy plushy, and his late arrival in joining the other 4 in the after-life. PLEASE let me know if you have any other ideas or theories of if you think I got something wrong! Just thought I would share a few cool things I happened to notice. I'd love to discuss it with anyone willing to brainstorm a few different ideas! :)

I’d imagine that the parents don’t often watch Kenny, Considering when Terrance left Kenny at the diner, No one seemed to care. For fucks sake, A little child who is probably only 5-6 walked home alone. I’d also imagine that Terrance probably has to watch his younger brother. Terrance is probably only 13-14 and at that age, Friends can influence you A LOT! He probably wanted to seem cool in front of his friends, and it eventually became a habit. When Kenny dies, You can obviously tell he is guilty, That will probably have a negative impact in his life, Knowing he killed his own brother. He’d probably need therapy, To be honest.

Definitely. If you shoved a kid into an animatronic’s mouth and it kills him you know you will have that guilt for the rest of your life.
I know you want to give the older brother the benefit of the doubt but those "jokes" went way too far. That went beyond a minor prank, he locked his younger brother in his room and repeatedly frightened him by putting on a Foxy mask and jumping out at him. If he did it once and then realized it really frightened his younger brother then he could be forgiven, but multiple times? Fredbear's dialogue also implied this was something the older brother did often. And then that last part, grabbing his little brother with his friends while he was screaming and crying and shoving his head into the Fredbear's mouth... there is no excuse for that. This was sibling abuse, and I have no sympathy for the older brother. I should know, I was a survivor of sibling abuse myself, and I also had an older brother that pulled similar shit.

Plus, remember this is the Afton family. They aren't stable as you said, Michael probably had to endure some abuse as well, and as a result of that likely from their father William Afton, it influenced Michael's actions. Again, it doesn't excuse them at all, but him killing his brother was by no means, intentionally or his fault.
Also there's no proof Michael did anything from locking the crying child in his room, for all we know it could have been William. All Michael did were what we were shown directly onscreen.

@@LumosVeil William being the one to lock BV's door doesn't make much sense. Pretty much all the cutscenes show Michael being an asshole to BV. (Except the 6th cutscene of course) Why would this cutscene be any different?
Note to self: fredbear was in animatronic mode on stage before child was bit. Spring locks are not fastened in this state, only in suit mode, therefore the bite was not caused by spring lock failure. If a person was in the suit, they would be partially visible.
Possible explanation: fredbear was tampered with prior to bday party, suggesting someone planned the bite (The bite would have to place a large amount of pressure to crush skull bone, otherwise the animatronic would likely just jam up, causing minor injury. Unlikely someone would design a character with the ability to crush a skull.)

I still can't get over how terrifyingly large the Fredbear animatronic is compared to those kids.
I love how the animatronics (at least the souls inside them) still tried to help the boy even though he was afraid of them. “It’s okay that you’re scared of us. We understand. We’ll help you get out of here, don’t worry.” Imagine a child scared of a place because of the horrific version of yourself that exists there. The amount of patience and understanding you’d need to try to console them.
Sadly, in the end, they all became true monsters in his eyes because of all the psychological torture and his horrific end in Fredbear’s animatronic, the very bear that tried to help him the most. In the child’s eyes, he couldn’t trust anyone nor anything anymore, not even the closest thing he had to a friend.

The details of the incident were later revealed in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 revealed that the whole incident was a terrible prank, during a cutscene after completing the 5th Night. The main protagonist of the game, a child who is being thrown a party at the FNaF 2's Pizzeria, is being bullied by his Older brother and three older bullies.
On the day of the party, the child's birthday, the Big Brother and his bullies, wearing the masks of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica, surround the child tormenting him, the one in the Chica mask commenting that the child is pathetic.
Big Brother suddenly gets the idea to force the child to be right next to the Fredbear animatronic, the child screaming and shouting as he is dragged over to him.
Big Brother decides to force his brother's head into the animatronic, saying that it's a big kiss to Fredbear. He underestimates the strength of the springlocks, only laughing with his bullies as his brother's head is stuck.
The child's head gets stuck between the second row of teeth, and his tears and frantic movements cause the springlocks to snap, crushing his skull, causing Big Brother and the bullies to stop laughing and look in horror.
After the bite, the child begins to die. Big Brother (Foxy) and his sister (Circus Baby) comes to his little brother's bedside, and apologizes in a brief statement. He had felt remorse for what he caused, and put himself on the path to redemption. The Big Brother is theorized to be Michael Afton, the main protagonist of FFPS, FNaF 1 and FNaF SL.

The older Brother stayed by his brothers side the entire time up until death. He was the guard in all the fnaf games, I believe he redeemed himself. In the end he loved his brother a lot. Also there is a theory that the child you play as is mike himself, suffering from nightmares. Thus the nightmarish versions of the Animatronics. He felt a lot of guilt and never really recovered.
But the nightmares in the game happened before night 6 when cc died.

Looking from a retrospective, this games story is incredibly interesting, yet heartbreaking.
Throughout the nights, we play as a kid who’s terrorized by these twisted, nightmarish versions of the original animatronics. He’s practically fighting for his life every night.
And if that’s bad, his daytime life isn’t great either. His older brother constantly bullied him, along with the other masked bullies who joined in. He most likely never got any amount of sleep, and was probably sleep-deprived.
He had a father who never cared about him, and most likely never tried to be there, or comfort him.
To put the final nail in the coffin, he ended up dying to the one thing he feared the most. It’s sad. Sometimes you think that, this kid could’ve had a better life as he got older, but he never got that chance. His life was cut short, by someone who was close to him.
Out of all the deaths, this one in my opinion, is the most saddest. An innocent kid who died in a horrible way.

As an eldest, the younger siblings l sometimes couldn't stand and living in those moments, I've done some pretty mean things. I can confirm that you will feel really bad about certain things when looking back as the eldest sibling. You might hate them back in the day when you're kids, but when you're older, most of us eldest people end up being best friends with our younger siblings later on. Appreciate what you have.

Here's a couple weird theories. I know most of these have been talked about before, but I think I've kind of made sense of it all. WARNING, HUGE WALL OF TEXT.
1. The 4 bullies that throw the crying child to Freddy are the 4 children who are murdered by purple guy. HERE'S WHY:
- The mask's they bullies are all wearing foreshadow the suits each of their dead bodies will be stuffed into when they are murdered by purple guy. If you notice in FNAF 1, Foxy will periodically hold up a sign that says "I'm sorry," and in the final moments of the crying child's life his brother says "I'm sorry" and then the foxy plushie slowly disappears. The crying child's brother was also wearing the foxy mask to scare the crying child at their house, and also when him and his friends threw him to Freddy in the final minigame in FNAF 4. From this, it can only be assumed that the rest of the disappearing plushies symbolize the order in which each other bully is murdered.
2. The purple guy is the crying child's father AND the phone guy. HERE'S WHY:
- The crying child appears in Fazbear's pizza in more than one minigame, despite Freddy saying "He knows you hate it here." From this, it can only be assumed that someone close to him dragged him to this location for some unknown reason. It would make more sense that it would be the crying child's father if his father worked at Fazbear's pizza and couldn't leave the child alone at home with his brother who consistently bullies him. While there is no concrete evidence that the crying child's father works at Fazbear's pizza, it could be one of many logical explanations as to why the crying child is there against his will.
- In FNAF 1, the phone guy explains that Foxy was always his favourite. It's never really been clear why, unless we stay with the theory that purple guy killed the 4 children who bullied the crying child. This would also mean that purple guys would have killed his own son, who we know gets stuffed into the Foxy suit after his death. This is just a cool grim easter egg I noticed.
3. The crying child eventually becomes who we know to be the infamous Golden Freddy. HERE'S WHY:
- The crying child seems to have made an imaginary friend out of his Golden Freddy stuffed bear, and throughout certain points in the game he becomes somewhat of a guardian angel to the crying child. Everywhere we see the crying child go, his Golden Freddy plushy follows him - EXCEPT in the very last minigame when the crying child is carried to his eventual death. Since we already know the crying child has this sentimental attachment to Golden Freddy, it only makes sense that he would posses the Golden Freddy suit in his after-life.
- In the crying child's final moments, the Golden Freddy plushy says "I will put you back together" and then slowly disappears, symbolizing the death of the crying child. By saying "I will put you back together," this somehow implies that Golden Freddy wants to bring the crying child back to life somehow, which he eventually does as we can see in the FNAF 2 minigame where we play as the puppet giving the dead children gifts and then putting them into the suits. If you notice in the frame right before the Golden Freddy jumpscare, a 5th dead child briefly appears with the broken Golden Freddy suit next to him. And now with FNAF 4 released, we can only assume that this 5th child is the crying child we've been playing as because of his attachment to his Golden Freddy plushy, and his late arrival in joining the other 4 in the after-life.
PLEASE let me know if you have any other ideas or theories of if you think I got something wrong! Just thought I would share a few cool things I happened to notice. I'd love to discuss it with anyone willing to brainstorm a few different ideas! :)

Maybe the "Was it me?" for Nightmare Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica and "Or me?" from the teasers is from the teen's point of view. They could feel guilty about killing the kid and they are all having the same nightmare or the brother is.
