Hi, I am a beginner in animation, but already have a little experience. I have innovative ideas which I am trying to implement in my works, but the studios and clients do not understand my approach. I feel like I am losing my creative potential by not practicing on my own style. How can i keep doing what I love, but not too much restrained by the thinking inside the box views?
You can start by spending half of your time on real ("boring") business tasks that are in demand and that clients are happy to pay for and the other half of your time experimenting and trying new things. Constantly publish your personal works, and if this is what the market really needs, one day you will notice it.
I hardly have experience in motion design, but about 10 years in graphic design working for corporate and or b2b. It's a dangerous road to traverse to expect studios to mold to your own style or preferences. Sometimes you just gotta be flexible and personable and make that logo have "more pop" as they often ask, lol. What I have learned in my varying experience is that if you can learn to walk both paths of working to the client style guide or requests, and implementing your own style, and switching between the two paths with ease; you will be gold to employers and clients. You often can put a little of your own personality into the boring projects too where applicable and it will also reflect well. Many people don't know how to take constructive criticism, or don't know how to work with their employer or client. This will set you and anyone else reading apart.
I feel like I have the necessary skills, I worked as a freelancer on several 2D projects for over 2 years now, but the studios still do not hire me. Is there anything then the skills that i need to consider when working with a studio? Thanks!
Sometimes it could be useful to ask a direct question to the recruiter / or other contact person in a company where you are trying to apply for a job: "I would be very grateful if you could give me a short, but 100% honest feedback about why I was not suitable for the position. This is so I know what I should improve in the future. Thank you in advance for your time."

Self learning would be the best really, most 'institutes' in India are complete scams. You can invest in "school of motion" courses online if you really want professional guidance

Another possibility is they don't have enough budget or work to hire a full-time motion designer.
