I’ve recently read some things about EM Cosmetics founder Michelle Phan and some of it seems kind of crazy. It’s making me feel like I don’t want to use her products. Which brings up the debate of should I care about product offerings from people I don’t align with? No one is perfect, and I’m sure I believe things that others don’t as well but I was just curious how you or others feel about founders of brands, and if you don’t use their products because you don’t “align” with their way of thinking. Sorry if I sound confusing, have a bad migraine today. Btw, loved this video and seeing what items you picked ♥️

As far as the products go when that happens to me I use up what I own and then I don't buy from them anymore.
I read that stuff too. I personally will probably leave em cosmetics to one side and not try the brand. If there’s something off with the founder I’d rather spend elsewhere 🙂
The best part of there being so many wonderful makeup choices out there is that we can make informed decisions on where to spend our hard-earned money! I have some EM products I love and will continue to use, but I likely won't be purchasing anything further from them. There are a few other brands I've done the same with 😬

She uses the Melt 777, moda blending fan brush and (I think) moda sculp brush (which I think is the one she used here) I use aoa studio brush since they are vvv affordable ($1 each) and I can buy in store
