Wow …thought feuling oil pump was supposed to fix sumping problem. Hopefully you guys look into this a little more. Great vid👍
We fixed it! got another 1000+ miles on it without any issues!
Has to feel great to roll up into some small town and the police officer recognizes you guys and is completely star struck!! 😛. AWESOME!!! Glad to see you caught the sumping issue before it messed up your motor!!! And glad I now know how to fix it if it ever happens to me!!

I’m an old biker from the sixty’s, grew up riding all year long (ice and snow also) to High School. I love BIKES.. I’ve never understood, people flipping people off, while they ride on bikes. Actually anywhere flipping people off … infuriating, nearly makes me violent.

So basically the issue was adding 4 qrts of oil like the manual says, when you should actually only add 3½ qrts so it's not over filled. When you drain your oil there is always a ½ qrt left in the engine.

We had the same problem with a 2023 CVO turned out to be one of the breather bolts was solid instead of hollow

That sumping issue is on Harley! Instead of notifying people and helping them, they make owners struggle through these problems on their own.
Lance if you got Sumping issues, check out the Feuling short sump plug. It's odd that your bike is having that issue. It's got a 2020 or later pump right?
Vented trans case, Feuling short sump plug, and a 2020 or SE oilpump+camplate should resolve that issue.
The scavenging problem you need a s&s high out put oil pump and cam plate and a vinted dip stick
