As an Australian young man myself born in 1998 from Lakemba, New South Wales, Australia I really look up to firefighters the men and women who work extremely hard to aid & rescue people in danger whether they are boys, girls, men & women. They even save animals which is very sweet. Firefighters are truly incredible human beings because they are so courageous and so selfless. To me they will always be my heroes. As human beings we should all follow the three principles of life compassion, empathy and love to have a more perfect union. 👍🏾 🚒
Thank you Verizon for recognizing ALL of the first responders and the awesome jobs that they do I am glad and proud of what you have done but I think you forgot the millions of emergency Telecommunicators out there who answer these types of calls on a daily basis. These people comfort the dying and try to reach the suicidal, they instruct callers on how to do CPR on their loved ones, they comfort children who hide in closets when mommy and daddy are fighting and they listen to people take their last breaths while trying to get them the help they need. They are the first “first responders” and they deserve just as much recognition for the job they do. #IAM911
