  • www.ishafoundat... Sadhguru reveals that the ancient temples of India were not built for prayer but were built in such a way that by using particular shapes, forms and sounds it created a huge field of energy that one could charge themselves in. (SaO45)

One should also look into the context with which he's saying what he has to. It is very important that we get his message in the true sense and not criticize it just because we have not understood it. He is a yogi, and has his own perception of experiencing God.
    Thank you.

    Coming Back
One should not blindly believe in god. We should not become a believer, we should become seeker. we should not believe anything anyone when we can experience it. yoga is a way to experience god. Vedas are not the scripts written in the book. vedas can be experienced which is in waves format.
This is what sadhguru is telling... His all opinions are proven by modern science as well as vedic science.

how much time to sit in a temple to get good benefits

Ridiculous. Mother is a person wt feelings, not an object to seek benefits from and completely ignore what you have to give back in return. U have forgotten the concept of sacrifice, this is the literal meaning of the word Yagna. The Agama Shastras are younger than the Vedic literatures and it was created only to enhance the relevance and understanding of the Vedas in Dwapara Yuga. What is "Sadguru" following? Show me Vedic evidence, no one is interested in his baseless opinions.

Something that someone who has not known silence will never know

With all due respect, the man does not know what he is talking about. He uses terminology like "You don't have to believe in any of those Gods and nonsense" and recommends sitting in a temple. It is like saying that one does not have to believe in the existence of ones mother, or even bother about understanding her or how to deal with her, just sit and eat what she cooks.
Utter nonsense. The Vedic culture continues to dye because of such confidently confused men who call them selves sadhus.

I donno what drugs you're on. There's a lot of difference in praying and sitting in peace 'quietly'. That's exactly what he said. The atmosphere is what matters and not ritualistic practice.
I hope it gets in your brain.

People like you are so much in your mind that you remain in an illusion that whatever you believe is the reality. Go to Sadguru and question him directly, i see a hope for you..lol
