one point i like to add. There is a scene where narator says rocky executes his biggest plan and rocky stops all his gold market. Nobody knows what he is doing with all gold then. Next cut, you will see gold on ship in climax. This gives major hint of escape from Ocean which could be part of that plan or he just want to end himself.
May be him submerging the entire gold is his biggest master plan
They wanted us to think that he wants to end himself as his biggest plan.

I love this movie forever and ever, Rocky attitude,his love towards his mother was so heart touching
Rocky's death is literally one of the best emotional scene executed perfectly. He always stands near the ocean . His mother too used to tell him the story of a king who went on a ship on a ocean which is glittering due to gold similar to rocky who is going on a ship with so much gold on an ocean. He was born when kgf is found he died when kgf ended . It also justifies rocky's character and he lost his wife which made him think his life is meaningless I think prashant neal sir will never take a decision to bring rocky back alive as it destroys entire climax and build up kgf 3 definitely is a prequel. Also if you notice rocky kills adheera the same way a tiger kills its prey as told by vanaram

I think kgf 3 will be a prequel and not aa sequel. Rocky's death in kgf 2 is the perfect conclusion to his character. He fulfilled his mother's promise in best way humanly possible. Wvwn if he comes back alive in kgf 3 I don't think the story would be good because then rocky would not have the love of his life and he would have nothing. Meaning he couldn't fulfill his mother's promise. So I think rocky dying in kgf 2 is the conclusion of his story and kgf 3 would probably be about all the international crimes that he committed and maybe prabhas' salaar could also link up with these international crimes and create the Prashant Neel universe
*If you have recognised that every character in kgf is given importance, than why would Jimmy Carter brought in movie right he has some of role, and kgf 3 would have about international crimes and also how Rocky got survived and in kgf 4 story could be good*

If KGF3 is sequel (continuous) of 1981 then Prasanth Neel garu should give a very strong reason how and why Rocky is alive. Because if Rocky wanted to be alive then literally no one could have stopped him. But Rocky himself leaked all that information. So what is remaining for him?
