So UA-cam asked me to rate your comment. I’ve never seen this before. I rated it excellent and checked off the reasons why I thought it was excellent. I wonder if people rated it badly would UA-cam remove it? Has anyone else seen this? I’ve been asked to rate whether a recommended video was something I was interested in, but never someone’s comment.

I am Italian/American. Lived in Italy for 6 years. I DID lose weight, but it wasn't easy. YES, the food there is better for you & they are not as keen on fast food as we are. But it is STILL hard.
Minus it is predominately a Muslim nation now. No thanks.

Omg yes! I left the United States and moved to Europe several years ago and I’m so happy to have the healthy food I have here. Nothing crazy added to it and I love that it’s so easy and affordable to get fresh food, so I don’t have to eat processed food.

I've lost 90 lbs 10 years ago and kept it off. She is right it's hard to do it and then keep it off, but the reward is looking at yourself in the mirror. It's such a great thing watching your transformation. God bless her.

That’s why my husband and I became wfpb no oil 7 years ago we have our own vegetable garden and some days it’s hard when your tired but a simple sweet potato with broccoli can be a meal , do whatever is right or works for you
I've started shopping at Aldi's. It's German owned I believe & just looking at the labels, I've discovered they're much healthier. Same/similar products, just diff brand - not "diff" & made for sale in US. Great produce too!🫑🥕🍎🥦🫐
I love ALDI’s as well. Tell everyone I know to shop there. If you look at the ingredients, you can pronounce them. If there is sweetener in something, it’s either plain sugar or honey. Back to basics instead of strange ingredients.

I grew up on a farm we grew tobacco to sell. That's when we usually got a pair of shoes and a few pieces of clothes grew up very poor. We had a garden that was at least three acres. Then we had probably about 4th acre that was potatoes. Then we had probably four acres that was corn and I knew we didn't eat that much corn and back then you can sell produce to the grocery store we never sold corn. I never knew why until I got older. They wouldn't tell me why I was young I guess afraid I'd tell it at school dad made moonshine. So Mom can a lot of our food no preserved. We had a basset hound never remember take it to the vet never remember about it dog food because we couldn't afford it it ate what was left off of our plate. No joke that dog live to be a little over 30 years old.. we ate healthy growing up but I don't eat healthy now

There isn't a problem with tree huggers, Kelly. We tree huggers, love natural foods, that aren't GMO's, growth hormones, antibiotics, food dyes, pesticides. I'm going to be 73 this year & I'm about being healthy & consuming foods & drinks that actually make us feel good.❤️😊❤️. Plus, the trees & plants, help to clean the air from all of the pollution. It's hard for them to keep up.❤ I love you Kelly & I've been grain free for years, as I know you have attempted to be for years.❤😊

Thank you Kelly!! I have been on a journey with my sons who have major food sensitivities that are being caused by the terrible food in our country and causing them both major medical issues! My eyes were truly opened after learning more about what we eat, drink, breathe and rub on our skin. This covers more then just the food industry. Please don’t stop speaking about this!! We need more people to hear it and hold the industries accountable for what they put in our food, drinks, air and on our skin. All these bad ingredients will continue to make us all sicker. You look good girl!!!

I’m from Europe, and I can honestly say.. here in the States, health has to be intentional in order to stay healthy and looking good. You also need to do your research before going grocery shopping and take extra time to read every product. It’s exhausting !!!!!

I think it comes down to eating food versus food like substances. Our parents and their parents rarely if ever ate the food like substances that kids are fed today. Then we wonder why they have diseases that were unheard of in children decades ago.

As much as I agree, I am not checking to see all the time if stuff is organic. Sometimes I just look at vegetables and buy them, without checking to see if it's organic and I still lose weight. I think the greater issue is that peoples' digestive system is different in that people process food in their body different. One person eats cake and their body metabolizes it fast. Someone like myself eats cake and it's not that easy for me metabolize the food. I still love cake, I just eat it sparingly. I still love meat, but I will eat it sparingly and still lose weight.
