we've had a set of craft encyclopedias in our house ever since we got them from my grandmother... decades ago. I've decided this winter I'm going to start going through and making some of the projects just as they are laid out in those books.
This is my first video... I'm going to be focussing on Yarn Crafts and macramé to start with because I'm already somewhat familiar with them. This is the macrame project board. it's used to pin your macrame projects to while you're working on them so thought that was a good place to start.
    i used:
    pegboard... approx 1' x 2'
2 cork board sheets, each about 1'x1'
some left over quilt batting, same area as above
a length of fabric long enough to wrap around. mine was roughly cut to 2' x 2.5'
gorilla glue (or strong glue of your choosing, my glue gun has gone mia...)
    craft glue
staple gun (i also needed a game to help the staples along)
giving credit to the set of books i'm using:
    The Complete Encyclopedia of Crafts

    distributed by Columbia House
