Are all the left turns in Canada unprotected yield left turns? That would stress me out so much, where I live the major streets have protected left turns and the small side streets where it is easier to make an unprotected left turn are unprotected. Have protected left turns at major intersections would speed up the traffic flow, I guess this concept is foreign in Canada.
