@@levianderson22 I have listed a house on the MLS and people would always want me to do repairs contingement on them buying it and im like "why not just make your offer assuming you have to do the repairs like wtf.." like if you think there is 50k of repairs offer 450k instead of 500. I feel like they are trying to scam at every step of the way

Usually they need fast cash, or because they require inspections and repairs to list it on the market.
