I've got a heap of those cages. Ive been using them to hold my scrap for decades! They are as strong as hell. electric motors have been landing in them (some thrown from a great distance) without putting a dint in 1 square. The only problem i find is lifting them by hand when full! Empty half while loading or use the loader. They are also great for a makeshift landing pad ...walking heavy items off/on the trailer/ute by step down or up by hand alone. Upsidedown is a Great height for a solid top step. Just beware slippery when wet on foot. Grab a floor mat from the ute to stand on top If frosty /wet.
@@PolyProphet I was cutting up a scrap truck body to fit into my trailer and slipped hard off a crate once! While using the biggest grinder. 9inch? The Big Bastard. It was like something kicked my legs out from under me. I was leaning out & up mid cut and luckily managed to hold onto the machine while in mid air @full rpm. Safely riding that grinder and large spinning cut off wheel into the concrete, snapping the disc off & cutting in slightly where it landed. But rather that way than cuttin a chunk of meat & bone out of myself...id choose that end result every time! I Hurt my shins and got a huge black eye when I crash landed down mangled my left wrist. Just watch those crates.... they seem perfectly safe to stand on..and are solid as hell. Up until they get a lil moist. Under foot they Get deadly Slippery Like a ice sk8ting ring. A Car mat fixes the potential traction issues.

The sewing machine in the cardboard are serge sewing machine i believe and they cost here in usa $500,00 to $ 1000.00 or more . Those are a great find.
See how they throw out fans, good bikes, computers that can be recovered, shoes, clothes, kitchen items, it's impressive, those things in 🇨🇺 are very necessary and expensive, not everyone can have them 😭😭😭
I like what you do poly prophet 😊😊😊 scrapping metals and finding things for self what you can use and resell and donate. I enjoy watching what you do. I collect empty cans. Crush them. Im trying to move back to Philadelphia and get ready to get back to scrapping metals. Etc. The scrap yard is 2 blocks around the corner. Im living in Delaware. I dont drive and no one wants to help me out with a ride to the corner to the bus stop. Its almost a half mile. Every body is So GDAMN busy . I'm busy too.. it's hard. Im a very private person. I would like to donate to you. Not right now because I owe on bills plus Delaware does Not take care of their senior citizens. Not even Social services or Catholic charities. Everything is So GDAMN expensive. Especially my income is extremely low $1006.00 a month!! Can't do anything for i dont drive. Poly. At least I can enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work Poly. there was this other channel who cleared blocked drains and stuff i would watch sometimes and i would always hear magpies and to me they sounded like sounds edited into the video or some sort of phone ringtone or something and it always confused me what the sound was
Spend a day calling up all the car dealers , security door makers , and any metal worker businesses and offer them a free bin and free removal , might be an earn in it for you

Watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸🦅
That second machine looked like an over locker machine? £££££
You had an amazing day! ❤️💙
Awesome! Did you mention this last time I found one?
@@PolyProphet yes I would have. 😂
As I have one. ❤️💙
Thank you 🙏
Australians put some amazingly good stuff on the curb.
Thank you for sharing the magpies! I have been so curious about your bird sounds! So different from what we have on the east coast of America!
The magpies in England don’t sound like that, ours sound like machine guns rapid fire
What a great scrapping load.

Thanks for the info. I don’t think I’ve ever found one like this 🙂
What do you turn bowling balls in as at the scrap yard?
I resell them as bowling balls on FB 😁👍
Why did you take all the bowling balls ?
Did the saw at 1:17 work ?
No unfortunately not
I’m going to sell the bowling balls 👍
Good day!
Cord from refrigerator. Have you designed a logo for your business cards and your truck?
No not yet though I’m working on something 🙂
❤❤❤

Trop cool merci 🙏👍🇨🇵
Hey Poly, got a question. What does the GST% stand for on the receipts? Just curious
It’s goods and services tax
What size and how much was that trailer
It’s a galvanised 8x5 trailer with a meter cage, 1900mm drawbar and mechanical brakes. It cost me just under $3500AUD
@@PolyProphet oh alright thanks 👍

Hi Poly you probably have $100 in sewing machine and overlocker in cardboard box.
Thanks for the info 😊
Nice payday Poly.
Do you sell the bowling balls?
👍
Hope you got your drill picked up after you took out the battery of the little white car ❤
Yes the drill is safe as 😊
Spend a day calling up all the car dealers , security door makers , and any metal worker businesses and offer them a free bin and free removal , might be an earn in it for you
Yes great advice thanks mate
What do you do with all these stuff?
I resell, donate or scrap what I find 🙂

Hi from the Athens Greece
Hi 👋 🇬🇷
@@PolyProphet very nice
How does the scrapyard know how much of each different metal totals when you only weigh in once?
I weight out when I leave and between the insize and oversize 🙂
Donate the all the kids stuff you get
You seem to pick up more of those fans than anything else. Does Australia not have any luck with them
They are cheap fans. You can buy better quality ones here but Kmart is too cheap to resist I guess.
@PolyProphet we don't have Kmart any more around here. They went out of business about 10 or 12 years ago.
SALUT
Why don’t you go 2 high with your white goods ?
If they are front loaders, my back, and ptsd from cracking my old trailer. I usually will with dishwashers, top loaders and dryers though.
اريد عربانه معاقين ❤
That was a good pay day, prices are steady. That's a lot of bowling balls, hope they sell quickly for you. 🎳👍
So do I 😅
