Check out the 2021 BMW G310GS with Big#1 Product Specialist, Jime Kilby! He goes over what makes this bike great for any rider! bignumber1.com 205.942.3313
I have a 2018 G310GS that actually gets ridden off pavement extensively. I would welcome many of the new features, but without the ability to turn of the ABS system I would not purchase the "new and improved" model.
Excellent review. Bike looks amazing. My brother and I are going to buy one each to go with the RT1200 BMW and Z900 naked kawasakis cause these GS310 can go anywhere n still plenty grunt and decent acceleration to 90 mph.
non switchable abs on this sort of bike is a deal breaker. Truly a gorgeous bike to see, though. It's under powered for its weight, changes direction sluggishly because of the soft suspension and still has some vibration issues. But, all of those things could be looked past because the bike is so beautifully designed, if it weren't for having non switchable abs. Not sure why BMW would upgrade many of the bikes prior shortcomings, only to create a new one.
Absolutely buddy. I'm less than your hight. I just got to be careful at initial starting movement and when I get off the bike .That's it. It's not a complete Adventure bike. It's more of a tourer which has great capacity to perform on rough terrain. I love my bike. Greetings from Kerala, India 🙏
I just like the way it looks. Even though it's not super fast. But I live in a town with speed limits of 35 miles an hour everywhere so I guess it's fast enough for that
@ Vinoth Kumar it is a big bike with a seat height of 835mm/ 32.9 in so it would be suitable for people who are 5'8 and above. Reason being I like this BMW bike it's one of the more affordable models going for $5945-$6195. Not to worry if you still want to have a dual sport that is smaller & not more than $6000, I'd advise you to buy a BMW G 310R or KTM Duke 390( These 2 bikes are suitable for riders who are 5'5-5'8 ) Hope this review was helpful. 🇨🇦🇺🇸👍🏽
Did you mention its very well built in India by TVS one of the best two wheeler manufacturers in the world at their Chennai plant? That's the calibre of our products
Yes, it’s made in India which makes it that much cooler. I’ve had zero problems with mine and saved a bit of money for accessories. This is a perfect bike for everyone….
1. The bike is still designed by BMW and tvs is just giving them their production facility so they share their engine. 2. It is manufactured in Hosur not in Chennai.
I love my 2021 310. Just perfect for me, zero issues just fun fun fun..
Is the bike good for someone that’s 6’2
@@miguelaguilar6614 I am sorry, I have never been this tall, I am not sure. Maybe one day.
@@chewylandlive i’m 171cm, in your opinion would it be fine height wise ?
@@chelsyxx8975 I'm sorry, I just have no idea, you'll have to sit on the bike and test it out. It's not as small as you may think.
Is perfect.
I’m 1.72, is good for me.

I'm dumbfounded why they would remove the ABS on/off switch. Makes zero sense.

Does it have an bmw accessory plug for plugging in a battery charger?
I have one, its price in Saudi Arabia is 10,127 $

It's my dream bike
Bought mine 3 years ago, still have it and still love it. Does so many things just good enough.
Is it automatic?
Is not.
@@quanlien8017 No...
They updated the colours for 2023. But that's the only change. Do you know when they going to release a refined upgrade?
i’m 171cm would my feet touch the ground sitting on the bike ?

As good as the KTM 390 Duke and Adventure bikes? The GS looks better than the 390 Adventure.

Hey, nice video. Is it possible to switch the ABS off? And where is the button? Thanks in advance.
It cannot be disabled on newer models
