Chelsea will have more Galactico players than any other team in the world. When you look at the players we are signing not all will be world class but over the years every position will occupied by truly world class players. This Kellyman thing is complete nonsense. Maatsen is a starting XI quality player and the least they could have done is sold him to a club that had a pure profit LB that we could have used on our bench. Instead we got a striker that'll go on loan for 5 years. Also, it's ridiculous to think any quality player would be happy to play on low wages for more than a year, when their peers are earning more. There's a reason Palmer's getting a new 150k contract and even Reece James would have kicked a fuss whilst being best RB in the world on sub 100k wages. I understand the club are paranoid because of the Sterling and Lukaku transfers, and breaking the wage structure for possibly injury prone Olise was risky, but they have to realize that signing 3 young players at 1/3 the salary, to eventually give one a 150k a week contract and selling back the other two is not sustainable. When one succeeds, the other two will likely sit on the bench and decrease in value. At some point they'll have to realize those extra steps are only worth it to catch high potential players like Estevao, instead of just filling up on pointless youth.
Some good points here. More and more clubs seem to struggle to meet financial requirements, which will lead to wages going down eventually. Might be a bit ahead of the curve here, IF we assemble squad on big wages now we might find that we’re unable to shift any of them in a few years

I'm not bothered about the young talents were buying at the end of the day it's part of their plan to make money as long as we do keep investing in top talents for the first team our first team is actually very very good I just hope we keep with meresca now for stability to get the best out of these talented players
